“Hobby Lobby usually has the supplies that my wife needs for her crafting. She's a careful spender. She believes that she is spending her money, but I pay. Sometimes she tells me that she is shipping it home. I feel like I have stock in the company. It really has everything and it's worth walking every isle. You will never know what you need.”

“Well. Of course I love Michael's, being a crafter. I always find what I need or inspiration for a new project when I go. The only problem I have is a budget, which I try to work within, that puts the kabash on my ideas, darn it. Love this Michael's store. Very helpful employees, clean and well stocked.”

“Their customer service has noticeably improved. I had an issue a couple of years ago that was handled poorly. I gave them another chance and my recent interactions have been completely different. Responsive, polite, and effective”
