I’ve tried to get in touch via 2 calls/voicemails and 1 text with no response over 2 weeks. I have no clue on the status of my prescription and no one ever contacted me until this survey.

I received an unexpected call to fill a special order RX that was not available with our regular pharmacy. This had been coordinated by my doctor’s office and Integra RX 2 pharmacy. They were very kind and helpful and even delivered the RX via FedEx at no charge since we were not close to the Pharmacy. The overall price was the same as my insurance and I’ll continue to get any special order RX’s I need from Integra RX 2. I highly recommend them! Thank you,

I’ve been dealing with Integra for a few years and never had a problem.
Today 6 bottles of medication worth $250 arrived in plastic bag. Of course the package arrived torn and 2 bottles damaged and inside wrappings also torn.
On calling in to report was told by man on phone who claimed to be pharmacist that “ I thought of using box to pack it but decided bag would be ok”. It wasn’t
I sent him pictures and hopefully he’ll address to Fed Ex and more so use a box in the future
They’re sending a replacement order and I’ll return this one but this shouldn’t have happened and likely wouldn’t have had they spent a few more Pennies to package safely and more thoroughly .
They should keep in mind this is medicine they’re shipping not sponges or wash cloths .
