Diana was the sales person we came late in the evening. She never complained about what time it was and that they were about to close they locked the doors doors gave me all the time I needed to look for our anniversary ring and when we found one it was just perfect, she made it very easy and a pleasant jewelry buying experience. I’m more than happy with the service I received from Diana at the Tampa international outlet mall Kay jewelers.

I walked in three weeks ago to purchase an engagement ring for my wife to be. I was greeted and served by Paul. The store is immaculate, the other staff are incredibly helpful and polite. The prices are tremendously great. This is a perfect time to make a purchase there. As I mentioned before, this location is hands down the best location that I have ever been to. The staff at this location made it an outstanding experience. My wife to be is pleased with her rings. I highly recommend that you go to see Paul or Stephanie for your jewelry or gifts from Kay’s.

Disappointing that price match could not be offered from their own online website and when ordered it stats ready in 4 hours. Waited a week for delivery. When the item was right in front of me. Called to complain to customer service and would would be called. Still waiting. Would not recommend.

We bought my wedding ring a little before our wedding, almost a year ago... a couple days later I noticed an accent diamond was missing. They couldn't guarantee it'd be repaired before my wedding a few weeks later, so my ring was missing a diamond for our big day. I brought it in when I had the time before the scheduled maintenance, they sent it off & I had to be without my ring for a couple weeks. Fast forward about 5 months later, I bring it in for the warranty checkup and cleaning, I'm told everything's tight. Next day, the same diamond's missing. I just picked up my ring again today and asked what my options are if it falls out again... I didn't spend thousands on a ring to keep having issues and have to go without it for weeks every few months- Obviously, it wasn't properly made.... and I was told that if it's a defective quality from them, then they can send it back out, (and I'd have to take more time out of my busy schedule then wait weeks for it to return again) or I could get a credit IF I bought a ring double the price.... which is the same guarantee you get if it's not a defective ring. They should stand behind their products more. They have the same exact ring in stock at this location, but instead if offering to change it for one that's not defective, they expect me to double my money on another product that could have the same botched up quality. I honestly feel like this is standard practice for them. I wish I would've bought somewhere else.
