Would not draw my blood due to a past due balance. When I checked in, it never mentioned that I owed a past due balance nor have I received any recent statements. Bad attitude and bad customer service

I did not have an appointment, I was called back to do my blood work in less than 15 minutes. Plenty of chairs for folks to sit down. Currently it is closed, I can't wait until it reopens.

The technician is a total mess here. She's behind schedule and yelling at the waiting room that we're all going to have wait even longer. I beg her to be seen as I was already waiting an hour and had to use the restroom so badly & was initially ignored. She finally brings me back and is says my paperwork is expired (when it's not) and barely puts any effort to help. And I was then turned away and a total waste of time. Horrendous experience for any pre employment drug screening. Im an ER doc and have never received such poor care.

This is the world's slowest phlebotomist. If you make an appointment, make sure to show up at least 30 minutes late so you're not sitting around for a whole hour. If you intend to do a walk-in, bring a couple of books, you'll be there for a few hours. It doesn't matter what time of the day it is, the place is always packed, and it takes 15 or 20 minutes for them to do one person. And they can only do one at a time

Says closes at 3, however the tech had customers and I understand that, however if someone shows up at 230 and all the kiosks to check in are off with no sign. It's understandable that a patient would have to ask, when I did she was rude and said we close at 3 and I'm done for the day, I have customers all ready. Then update your times to close at 230 or 1 or don't open. Have signs that say we are closed for today due to over worked individual.

Wow!! I am a hard stick and they made it look so easy. I stressed all night worrying about getting my boodwork and on the 1st try she got it!! Highly recommended

The tech takes an insane amount of time with each patient and it’s because of all the chatting going on in there. Not very considerate of the rest of the patients that are fasting waiting to get their bloodwork.
