Update:I will add a few stars due to getting a refund on the extra amount taken out of my account earlier. I do understand Florida is one of the WORST states for insurance prices. But I still feel the rates kept increasing too frequently, too much at one time and the Milewise turned out to not be so great. I am thankful for the lower price while it lasted and thank you for trying to get an agent closer to my new location, although that agent called the wrong phone# even after I left a voice mail for him and then he never replied to me after that. When I was finally able to talk to someone, the price just wasn't going to work out for the little amount I have driven. I know you probably stay swamped with phone calls and emails, but it would've been nice to at least get a reply offering to give a phone call to solve the issue as I was emailing 3 people at one point and getting no reply from any of them.Tried the program called Milewise that is for people who don't drive that much. I drove my car about 10 miles a day at that time. At first, the price every few months was great. Then they started raising it a whopping $20-30 each time. And I started being charged more often than I was before. Then I needed help because I was moving and at first they were replying to me but then when I realized they don't have Milewise where I went and that I was going to be paying too much, I wanted to cancel and all the sudden, NO ONE would reply to me. **Had a questionable amount of money taken out but it was refunded.

I have been trying to save as much as every body, and I heard drive wise frogram to use drive safely and save money. I went to the office setup and didn't work tried to talk on the phone with people didn't help me much ? mine still doesn't work like my friend across street from me .She saving $30 to $40 monthly .

I worked this agency for many years and last year moved my coverage from another carrier to their Allstate homeowners. Someone seems to have made a mistake and bound my coverage with a gap. The prior carrier is billing me several hundred dollars. I've tried dozens and dozen of time to get the matter resolved. Tried escalating to Liisette and no response at all. I've had to file a complete with Allstate corporate and FL department of professional regularion. UNPROFESSIONAL!

I have to say at first I got great service and attention but 2 years in it turned to the worst service. I have emailed and called to speak to my agent and to Ms Fernandez who owns this business but I am still waiting.I decided to cancel my policy 2 weeks ago because of a increase in my renewal policy and got the run around.Not ever did anyone who I did speak with ask me why I was canceling. So I guess thats why no call back.They dont care or need my business anymore.
