It can be pretty busy in the evenings but it's an awesome place to bring the kids or a couple friends. Something for everybody. The food is good but pricey. There's bowling, billiards, shuffleboard, bowling, arcade type stuff for the kids and a bar. Very easy to kill a couple hours here. Just be prepared to spend a good chunk of change if you intend to play and eat.

Only issue is GPS not giving you correct information on how to get there. They need to update that

We had a wonderful time. It's very spacious and there's plenty to do. We came for the pool tables :)
We also had dinner, everyone in our party (but me) had a burger. They went on and on for the rest of the night how GOOD it was. How it was the best burger they ever had (honestly)! I had the lemon pepper boneless wings. They were good, just a tad bit salty....but that can happen with lemon pepper seasoning anywhere. So, I understand....and wasn't disappointed.... just wished I had gotten the burger... lololol. So, next time I'm in town...I most definitely will. And I suggest anyone else does also.

My nephew was struggling on rope course. Esteban went above and beyond to make sure he was not only safe and comfortable but had a great experience. Thank you!!!!!

After waiting for 10 minutes for our server, I asked the greeter who our server was and she said she would get her for me. Little did I know, our server had already walked past us without greeting us and was just standing around. It’s crazy that we had to ask for our server and she wasn’t even busy.
I wanted to order the sunny side up burger but requested for my egg to be well done. The kitchen was unwilling to cook the food how I wanted so I had to order a different meal.

Horrible! Beware! Extremely understaffed.
Service is absolutely horrendous.
I would not recommend this location to anyone.

I went to Main Event recently, and it was honestly a really, really fun time! There’s so much to do — bowling, arcade games, laser tag, and more. The whole place has great energy, and it’s perfect for hanging out with friends or family. Everything was clean, the staff was friendly, and I had a blast the entire time.
The only downside was the price. It’s definitely on the expensive side, especially if you plan to do multiple activities or spend a while playing games. Still, it was worth it for how much fun I had.
Overall, I’d give Main Event 4 stars. It’s an awesome place for a good time — just be ready for the prices!

Main Event Wesley Chapel is one of those places that really surprises you with how much there is to do under one roof. The moment you walk in, the place has this upbeat, high-energy feel—bright lights, music going, and a mix of families, teens, and adults all doing their own thing. It’s definitely built for people who want options.
The bowling area is clean and modern, and the lanes actually feel well-maintained instead of worn down like some entertainment centers. The arcade is huge with a nice mix of classic games and newer, flashier ones that keep you hooked longer than you expect. Laser tag is a standout—it’s organized, fast-paced, and way better than the run-down versions you find in older places.
Crowds can get heavy at peak times, but staff generally handles it pretty well. They stay patient and try to keep things moving, even when there’s a line of people waiting on lanes or prize redemptions. The building itself is roomy enough that even on busy nights, you don’t feel packed in like sardines.
Food-wise, it’s about what you’d expect: not restaurant-quality, but good enough to keep you going while you’re having fun. The bar drinks were better than expected, which is a plus if you’re there for an adult night out instead of a family trip.
Prices can climb fast if you’re doing multiple activities, so it’s worth checking their promos or weekday deals. When you catch a special, the value feels a lot better.
Overall, Main Event Wesley Chapel is a great place to spend a few hours without getting bored. It’s clean, lively, and packed with activities. Not perfect—but definitely one of the more entertaining spots in the area if you want a fun night without having to jump around to different places.

When I arrived for the first time, I installed the app from the Google Play Store to create an account. The app kept crashing and I kept getting a message stating that the app was crashing due to a bug. I had a decent time at the arcade though. When I got home I wrote a 1-star negative review on the Google Play Store and explained the trouble I had with the app. Someone with Main Event responded to my review asking me to send more information regarding the error to an email address that they included in the response. I don't normally enjoy doing other peoples' jobs, but decided to take the time to install the app again to capture some screenshots of the error. I sent the email and it immediately came back to me as undeliverable due to the email address being non-existent. I double checked that I used the correct address and I did, and so I've come to the conclusion that, not only did the company make a severely faulty app (many other negative reviews for the same reason) but they also post responses to negative reviews using a fake email address just so it seemed like they care to the people who would read my review and to cause frustration for the reviewers by having them do a bunch of stuff that results in nothing and they knew they were doing it and so adding insult to injury! This is a very scammy tactic in my opinion which lead me to the decision to never go to their location again and give them more of my money and to leave this negative review in the hopes it'll get people to go to their competition (D&B) who has an app that works very well and you can even use your phone as the play card which is convenient. If Main Event either hadn't responded to my negative app review or used a valid email address in their response, I wouldn't have felt the need to do this and they would've received a better review for the arcade, but at this point, my negative opinion applies to the entire corporation. Horrible misleading tactic!
