Just had a great experience again at this Mattress Firm! They never disappoint. We truly had an expert help us. Genaro our sales rep answered all our questions and made sure we were comfortable with our decision. This is our second purchase here and we will not go anywhere else. Not to mention we got a great deal! We are excited to get delivery and will return if we need anything else. Thanks again Genaro!

Genaro helped me out at the store. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. The store was very clean and comfortable. I was given plenty of time and space to try out different mattresses as well as information about all the different components and companies without any pressure.

Genaro was quick to greet us, assessed our needs and helped us to find the perfect box spring and mattress for what we needed. He wrote up the paperwork quickly and precisely and helped me a day or two later when I needed to re-schedule the delivery.

Quick, considerate, patient! Genaro did every thing perfectly! I got there an hour before closing and by the time i chose a mattress i noticed the process took 30 minutes after closing but he didn’t mind at all and was super sweet and thorough! :)

Finally bought a new mattress. Genaro was very knowledgeable and patient with my wife and I. We tried 6 or 7 mattresses before settling on the one we both liked. Pleasant experience all the way.

Genaro was extremely helpful and gave us a lot of information, making it easy for us to finalize our selection. Even though we went near closing time, he patiently completed our transaction. This place is amazing. You always feel welcome and never feel rushed. Best place to buy a mattress!

Have shopped here and purchased mattresses on numerous occasions over the years. Always pleasant staff and very helpful. Genaro was very helpful this weekend and I was able to purchase the mattress I needed right over the phone. Prices are great too!

Awesome experience. John made my wife and I feel like we were long time friends from the minute we entered the store. He was extremely helpful in helping us pick the mattresses we wanted. He was very knowledgeable and has a great personality. I highly recommend Mattress Firm in Lutz for anyone looking for a mattress.

Bad experience from the beginning. Buyer beware. The salesman, who was pleasant and knowledgeable, sold me a bed that didn't have a headboard kit available and knew it was not available, but sold it to me anyway. After a while, we went to the store and the kit was still unavailable. The sales man suggested I call the manufacturer but not to tell them it was a mattress firm sale. Hhmmmmm!! I told him I was not going to make this my problem. He immediately offered to replace the bedframe with one that had a kit.I am a 76 year old man with poor vision. The salesman told me that the delivery guys would install the headboard because of the inconvenience the kit had caused.We made a tentative delivery date but changed it 10 days before the date for a medical appointment. Although we followed protocol, they showed up at the old time and were later told they could not change times, even with a 10 day notice. When they tried to deliver it later in the day, they were NOT given the kit, so the delivery was cancelled.It gets better! They showed up on Saturday with the new frame and FINALLY THE KIT. They were in a hurry and put the bed together but refused to bring in the headboard from the garage and install the Kit. After I told them I was legally blind, the driver called in and got permission to bring in the headboard but still refused to install the headboard, although I was promised the installation instead of cancelling the entire order. Now I have to find a person to install the kit, which is an extra expense and a major inconvenience.It appears that the people at Mattress Firm do not have any clue on how important communications are in a company. The right hand does not know what the left hand is doing, nor do they care. They will tell you whatever you want to hear to get the order and then lets the transaction go downhill from thereYou have been warned!Robert D Patriock SRRDP/mfp

Genaro was very patient and extremely knowledgeable. I appreciated him taking the time to let me consider my options and select the mattress that was best for me. He even followed up after delivery issues to ensure I was taken care of and happy with my purchase. I appreciated that so much.

I can not express how professional and so well informed John Palermo, sales associate is. Not only did he know exactly what type of mattress I needed due to sciatica and circulatory problems I have. He knew exactly what I need as far as the massage pressure for the base for my mattress I needed . When I expressed I needed a cooling bed due to menopause he redirected me to another mattress . I am beyond grateful for his knowledge in the mattress industry and his knowledge as well. Btw this is my second time purchasing my base and mattress from Mattress Firm and super satisfied.
