The rental service is horrendous. Under any circumstance, save yourself from renting from ANY men’s wearhouse! Why is it not possible to buy the same suit off the shelf as the one you are renting? Why are stores incapable of giving you sample suits to try on before you commit to renting? Why do stores carry two left shoes or the same size instead of right and left shoe? Why are ties clip on like we are in 3rd grade science fair? Why you don’t allow for any alterations? The quality of suits rented is questionable, there’s no buttons on sleeves, the suits don’t fit even after staff measured you. The suits arrive at some random times for the wedding party with little time to do any edits and re-orders. I will probably never ever use this service again in my life and rather buy a nice suit and get it tailored. Renting here is a joke.One extra star for my order coming in sooner than the rest of my wedding party.

Paul was on point from the time we walked in the door until we paid and left. He was very helpful and knows his stuff. Measured me one time and suggested two sizes and what one he felt would fit the best and boy did he nail it.My wife to be and I are grateful, thank you again Paul. Vegas he we come !!!

Had to get a suit for a wedding the same day. Sam (aka Sammy) was phenomenal. Next level. He was knowledgeable, had great style suggestions & advice, and a fun personality! He was not pushy, only attentive and listened to our preferences. Completely restored my faith in how a properly styled suit can make a difference. Kudos to him. He had my suit ready to go in minutes.I will never go to anyone again!Thank you Sam for everything.

Fiance was in need of last minute alterations. Paul got it done super fast and its much appreciated !!! When i went to pick up the suit, i was greeted immediately upon entering. Thank you !!!!

Super nice staff. I am days away from a wedding and I was too fat for my suit. They took me in and worked with me immediately without hesitation. Alex, Paul and Veronica (sorry if I got your name wrong) are the best!

Went in to get a suit. Only a couple people shopping. Patiently waited for 30 min after picking suit to have tailored and could not get service. Will not return!

We walked in right away. We were greeted by Paul. He was extremely helpful and attentive. He helped us put together a group rental for a wedding. He was very knowledge about the suits and what’s recommended. This store has great service and products.

Went to David’s bridal for my dress and bridesmaids dresses, they told me they worked with men’s wearhouse. Sent my soon to be husband there with his groomsman, they all got fitted. Every single one had at least one issue… the vest, jacket, pants… my husband didn’t even end up with what he needed 2 days before our wedding the manager is driving to different locations trying to find the GROOM a fitting shirt. We do appreciate him trying, and at least he had something to wear…. But wouldn’t recommend & probably won’t return.

Great suit, salesman lacks integrity. Picked up a suit today after alterations were completed, sales ticket states "pressing". The dress pants were not pressed. After I completed the test fit I brought it to the gentlemen at the register (6'2" ish, shoulder length curly hair-sandy blonde, wearing a plaid suit-light gray. He said no problem, he would press it and bag it for me. He was gone for about a minute and then he was tying it up in a bag. I presumed that a knot in the bottom of the bag was to protect it from potentially getting dirty. Now I believe it was so I could not verify the pants were pressed correctly. I said "wow that was fast, you did the entire pants?" He said "yes it's easy with the iron on the steam setting", he lied.Now I will have to attempt to steam the pants myself so they dont look like they were stored in a duffel bag. Your staff needs a little work on their professionalism.Now I'll probably get the standard party line from the MW Listens... do better.

Well, how do I start, The worst experience! I have ever had! My husband and I went into the store to pick up my husband's Rental. And it was 4 sizes two big the pants were too short and the Assistant Manager Page said that we couldn't get a reimbursement. I asked why the Tuex has not left the store. So to make a short story we Had to call Corporate for a refund! Never again!!!!

Came in and stood around for 25 minutes without being greeted. Waited in line to speak to someone at the counter and started asking questions. Young girl with curly hair and nose piercings cut off her co worker super rudely and told her she can’t help us because there’s “people who bothered to read the sign and actually checked in”. We didn’t see the sign and were clearly unaware of the procedures. This same girl with curly hair circled around us 15 times and never once acknowledged us or asked if we had checked in. It seems people don’t understand the basics of customer service anymore. Most places greet you and make you aware of how things are done. She felt it more was appropriate to be disrespectful and embarrass us and this was again, the first time she bothered to speak us since we arrived. We then checked in and still waited around for over an hour to again not be acknowledged, so we took our business elsewhere.By the way everyone else who arrived after us stood around and were ignored as well.

We purchased a suit last week. Gentleman who helped me did a great job. Name was Jeron. At the end of the sale he says, hey how about I get the suit pressed for you. I didn't need any alterations. I'll have it in a garment bag waiting for you.Fast forward a week. We've been waiting over an hour, the checkout system said we were next. Very doubtful as the lobby was packed.Turns out they have lost my suit. If they can't get another one in time for my wedding I'll be contacting corporate. Nothing was done, how in the hell do you lose a suit?Very poor customer service. It's sad this is the only option to get a nice suit in the area.Edited: the assistant manager Alaina went on a rage in the back as nobody followed procedure. We should have never left the store. She is now ordering us a new suit and being delivered to our home.Alaina did a great fix of a terrible experience. Thank you

I am very disappointed with the experience I had at this location today. I set an appointment days ago and even called this morning to let them know I needed my boys, aged 14, 10, and 7, to be fitted for suits for a wedding. The person I spoke to on the phone was very knowledgeable. But when we arrived at the store, it was very unwelcoming. The sales person that approached us seemed annoyed, uninterested, and very clueless. We felt very out of place. There was only one other customer in store so being busy isn’t an excuse. I know it’s “Mens” Wearhouse but if they can’t or don’t want to help children get fitted then they should have told me that when I called this morning. I was ready to spend $300-$400 to rent suits for my boys but we ended up leaving instead. Guess I’ll find somewhere else. I do not recommend this location.
