After many years with and another carrier Laura put in a whole lot of work to find better alternatives. She was extremely hands on, communicative and professional and certainly earned our business. I would highly recommend letting them take a look at all of your policies. There is only a win there.

Awful experience. Disorganized, unprofessional, poor communication and follow up (required constant effort by ME to get things done).Overall, they seemed very harried and in chaos and either did not care or could not make the effort to provide good service to a prospective customer.Also I purchased home owners insurance via this agent earlier this year. Long story short I ended up with an escrow nightmare (double billed for premium) for 8 months and got little support from the agent.
