This place is such a a gem !!! I get all my shoes there, and the staff is wonderful and the service is awesome!!! I think this store needs a expansion. Thank you new balance for taking good care of my feet !!!

Pretty good variety. Price was OK. I just had to return a pair I bought online. Design sucked. Trying them on in the store is the only way.

All of the staff members seem great, but Austin especially went out of his way to make for a great customer experience. He is friendly, caring, and spends extra time with the customer. He also has a great knowledge base about New Balance products and upcoming releases. Someone give this man a raise!

Great to have a company store in Tampa where you can try on the shoes. The store is well stocked and neat. The two gentlemen running the store are friendly, knowledgable and quick. I wear the 880s in all black. Good color for casual and semi dressup. They are mesh fabric and breath well. They are easy to walk in and not stiff. They rin true to size.

Good store with a great staff. Super friendly person that helped me find some sneakers that were not on the shelf. She really went out of her way to help. They always have some good deals going on.

Went there today 6/26. Staff was amazing, very nice, very professional and helpful.i Was able to pick up my 1080v12's in and out no worries and they were at a great price. Thanks a kot new balance staff.Chef Charles

Not all Shoes and sizes are available. Pretty crowded on the weekend and employees are less compared to the customers. Still they did their best as possible.

ALWAYS great deals here! I drive 26 miles one-way for the GREAT prices! Have gotten 2 pairs of NB running shoes each time I've come for under $100 total!

Wide variety of styles and sizes of shoes. Staff was friendly, encouraging and knowledgeable. I was able to buy some leather shoes at the same price that I paid for woven plastic shoes. Good movie.
