The worst Publix I have ever been. It’s not a pleasure shopping there as they rarely have everything I need in stock. And their pharmacy is the worst. Horrible attitudes to people from hospitals and doctor offices as well as to customers. They also rarely have prescriptions for my family in stock, say they are going to call another Publix to check and send prescription over but then never actually do it. I can not say enough poor things about this location. Would give them no stars if I could.

Publix at Lutz Lake Fern is like your "old time corner grocer". Ryan, the store manager, is amazing!! He goes above and beyond to meet his customers needs. He demonstrates these qualities by making the extra effort to know his customers, meet their requests to the best of his ability which includes personally following up. These are challenging times due to the supply chain issues we are experiencing and despite that Ryan is willing to take the extra effort meet the "demands" of his clients.

This 1 star is specific to the deli online service. This is the 4th time, not 2nd or 3rd time when I arrived to pickup my “scheduled” online order and they haven’t even started my order. I know the deli is busy and if I had to wait my turn due to a back-up, fine. However, each time, I see new people line up to be served and they are prioritized over online ordering. If it happened once or twice, I would think it was the employees. It’s different ‘employees each time so it MUST be the deli manager directing employees to serve walk-ups ahead of online ordering. This doesn’t happen at other Publix’s. All Publix ‘employees are pleasant. Publix is a great organization. I wish this Publix dept manager was better at prioritizing and respecting online ordering.

Again and again they mess orders up. Do not order subs online. Turkey with olives when ordering a chicken tender .

The pharmacy staff here are very nice and efficient. They filled our prescriptions while we waited about 15 minutes instead of having us come back in an hour. The pharmacy tech even made sure we understood how to take our 3 prescriptions we had filled. Definitely check out Publix at Lutz Lake Fern!

Such a nice and helpful pharmacy staff. Both the pharmacist and the tech went out of their way to help me resolve an insurance issue. This is not my regular store but I was sent there due to them having the meds in stock. They were great.
