I have been going to this Publix since it opened. I have moved out of Lutz but I still drive to this Publix because the store is so clean and always has what I need. The employees all make you feel like they are happy to see you. This Publix is the nicest one in Hillsborough County. The Manager is always available and the employees follow her example.

The woman pharmacist woman acts like that she is the manager when I have a dealing with her over the phone she is always rude and cunning to me she seems to be the only one that is like that I'm not sure if she's doing that because that's how she is and that's her customer service or she is doing this because of the kind of medications I am receiving but I would like for it to please stop

Been using this pharmacy for a year plus and all the sudden they say they won’t fill my meds because it is a telehealth!! Are you kidding me? I have been on these meds for almost 20 years and what is the difference between an in person doctor and one that is through a video conference?…..NOTHING!!! Now I have to figure out what to do and quickly because otherwise I am sick!! Thank you Publix pharmacy for a bang up job of helping me!!

Some of the nicest, and most knowlegable people work here. I am amazed at how they manage to be so efficient and friendly in this challenging environment that we now live in. Their ability to solve supply problems for medications and offer detailed amazing advice on the spot is impressive. Pharmacy isso complex these days and keeping up with supplies and advice is a real challenge. They are amazing! Thank you!!

The pharmacy techs here are so unprofessional and rude. There are always a gaggle of gen z techs standing behind the counter, yet none seem to be working- just socializing. God forbid you ask a question, they either can’t answer or are met with a terse attitude.

This Publix Parmacy staff and "floater" Pharmacist are VERY rude & unprofessional!!!!!Three visits to this location to get a freaking flu shot & shingles vaccine! The other Publix Pharmacy at North Pointe are so much more caring & friendly. I came to this location cause it's closer to home & I was off from work! Highly disappointed in this Publix!!! They need to treat us Seniors with respect! Thank you.

Two separate times I’ve been hit and run walking in this Publix parking lot. Once for hurricane Ian and then today just before posting this. Don’t go here. Everyone wants to run you over in their car when you walk in the parking lot.

I'm tired of walking thru the employees cigarette smoke right outside the front door. I called and asked the (I think) "assistant manager" if she thought it was appropriate that employees are smoking at the entrance, and she said "where else are they going to smoke?"Try back behind the building to start with. I seriously doubt that the Jenkins family (founders) would approve of this policy.

Recently went in for a sub at the deli counter. Cassandra walks up to the counter, waves the Publix employee behind me up to her station and looks at me and says “I’m just gonna take him because he’s working”. I AM WORKING TOO CASSANDRA!!! She finishes his sandwich then moves on to the next guy in line behind me while never once bothering to take my order!!!! My friend and I were the only Black people in line and Cassandra had no issue allowing not 1 but 2 white men to skip over me and they BOTH got their food before the young man behind the counter even had a chance to start my sandwich. Used to love this location but I will NEVER spend my money here again. Way to be a horrible employee Cassandra, worst Publix trip I’ve ever had.

I have been fully vaccinated with Moderna. To me, there are NO side effects.I would like to say thanks to Tim and other employees who helped me today. They are nice, helpful and responsible.( My first covid vaccine dose was on October 3rd. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch my pharmacist name because I was nervous and scared. ‘He is my hero.’ I definitely want to send many thanks to him. ) <3
