Waited for over an hour for a scheduled appointment. There was such a backlog that people had to wait outside due to inadequate seating.

Went three times in 2 days with an appointment and there were 5 people outside and a packed, hot and grosswaiting room. After the third time i said forget it I’m going to make an appointment at Trinity for another day. I did and it was excellent. This location is a disaster.

Michelle is *amazing* to put it simply! The electronic order didn't come in for whatever reason and I left my paperwork at home like a doof. She was so patient while I tracked it down and then she had to put it all in manually. And then had to hunt for my tiny veins. She found it and got what was needed and was laughing with me through it all - she's the best!

I had a scheduled appointment, and when I finally got back there, they lost my blood work. It was in the system pulled up and they somehow lost it. I don't know how the entire office could be any more incompetent. I wasted an entire hour here and just wound up leaving. DONT COME HERE. Go to the one on Dale maybre or something but not here.

Loved this location! After reading some bad reviews I was worried, but I was pleasantly surprised with the ease of check-in, the quickness, and friendliness of the staff.

Quest is normally pretty good,however this location not so much. They didn't provide an accurate estimate of the service leaving me with a surprise bill weeks later. Also the tech bruised my arm ?.

I used the text link to check in when I got in the elevator. The entire process from car to back in my car was 35 minutes. Had quite a few things ordered. The woman was quick and efficient. No pain, and it's the smallest amount I've ever seen have to go in my arm to be so efficient. Would recommend 100%

What a great experience. Check in was automated and smooth. Easy to get to location. Barbara is a complete professional, very experienced and knowledgeable. I was nervous it would be a difficult blood draw but she made it quick and painless!

Don’t even try to get there at 2:30…..because they close at 3, and the staff will be ready to leave. They will do everything in their power not to see you. As soon as I walked in with my toddler they told me that they are closing at 3 with an attitude. My appointment was at 2:30!! They asked me for my prescription and I told them doctor confirmed that they received it. Made me wait for 15 minutes then another nurse said the same thing that I need to hurry up because they close at 3. I called the doctor office to rush them again to resend it, doctor confirmed again that they received a confirmation that it was accepted by them. The nurse later tells me that “hmmmm something must be wrong with our fax, because we haven’t received faxes all day long.” And that I need to reschedule. From the start with just walking into the lab and going end of day, I knew they were ready to end there day and didn’t want to do any more work. No compassion at all to help you!!! They want you out asap! I was not going to allow them to poke my toddler anyways with their attitude. I rescheduled at another place.

Horrible staffing, walk-in wait was too long. Over an hour wait. My lab order wasn't received so I had to come back. Still had to wait ... the staff is friendly, but their system sucks.

The staff is excellent, but the initial experience is horrible. The kiosk check-in doesn't work right, and there is no front desk to check in with when the kiosk repeatedly fails. Same happened a couple of months ago and I attributed it to a temporary glitch. Twice makes it a set up problem that they don't care to fix. Finally, the TV in the tiny waiting room is loud enough for a massive waiting room and needs to be dialed down.

Fast, efficient, yet busy. I'm not Big mask wearer but you're sitting in a small lobby with other people there coughing and possibly sick. Geez. This place is busy but the staff is friendless and efficient and does their best to get through everyone quickly.

Very unprofessional. Had an appt. Arrived 10 mins early. Doc office confirmed paperwork was sent days earlier and got into the room a couple mins late and nurse says they have no paperwork or orders for me. I explain the doc confirmed they sent them and she stated again she had nothing and told me to go wait in lobby while I figured it out. Basically kicking me out and refusing to help. I then asked for the manager and a gentleman came in while I got my doctor on the phone and they confirmed they had sent it days ago electronically and reciept was confirmed. Manager said he still didn’t have anything so doc said they would fax it over. However since their office closed at 3pm he said the fax would take to long. I left and found a different lab place to go…Total waste of time and this place wins the “couldn’t give two shits” award that I have ever seen.

They deserve five stars for sure. I was taken immediately into an ultra-clean room. The phlebotomist was exceptional. I didn't feel the syringe go into my arm. It was over so fast with absolutely no pain and barely a mark. I will only use this office for all my diagnostic appointments. And I will highly recommend them. I've had horrible experiences in the past getting blood work done. This place is a godsend. And they do provide face masks in the waiting room if you don't have one.

I’ve come to this Quest location multiple times recently and every time it’s a great experience. My appointments were very quick and efficient thanks to Mary and Josh who were both great phlebotomists with clear instructions. The office and bathroom were nice and clean and the check-in process couldn’t be easier.
