Owner was extremely rude. I’m 23 weeks pregnant and had my 8 year old and 2 year old. We all three had to use the bathroom and he refused to let us stating it “was out of order” after his employees just got done telling us where it was located in the store. I offered to purchase something since I know that’s a rule sometimes but he still refused. Will never go back and I hope they find a new owner with a moral

i will never go here again. the owner/manager was super confrontational during hurricane milton aftermath and depending upon his mood would allow you to get anywhere from $10-20 of gas and you show proof you were out by providing a picture of your fuel gauge.

I got gas here, October 13 2024 (During the Milton gas shortage ) I used the GasBuddy app because they wouldn’t pick up the phone at all. Anyways the GasBuddy app told me they had fuel so I took a chance and drove down there. Waited in line about 10 cars deep got my GAS at the pump, HERES WHAT THEY DONT TELL YOU THAT if you’re using a DEBIT CARD they’re going to put through $125 authorization !!!!! Just LIKE RENTING A CAR…I got $20.00 in gas so what that means to you is if I didn’t have $126 in my account I would not have been able to BUY $20.00 in GAS !! MOST TRUCK STOPS with 18 wheelers have an AUTHORIZATION for $125 !!!! BECAUSE THEY NEED THAT MUCH GAS !!! Not me in a 10 gallon gas tank !!! AND MOST other gas stations only charge about $25 to authorize your card. It’s not fair and I think that’s illegal.
NOW THATS PRICE GOUGING WTF !!!!

Do not buy your vapes from here . They do not work and they do not exchange them or refund them . I left my information for a manager to please call me to see if there were other options but got no call. Came in and spoke to someone and told him I’ve been waiting to hear from a manager and he said “nobody gave me your information” I said “so the person I talked to about this matter yesterday didn’t tell anybody that I left my information” he laughed at me and just said “no” the proceeds to tell me there’s nothing they can do . Vapes are not cheap so do no spend your money on them at this location . Poor customer service to not give the manger my information and to get laughed at in my face

A convenient store that has a minimum purchase amount for debit cards isn't very convenient is it? And for that I'll never stop there again. Sad thing is I pass by this store 4 times every day. Looks like I ke ill be stopping at circle k. It's 2023 no one pays with cash.

Stopped this morning to get a drink. When I left home I had checked my wallet only had 2 twenty dollar bills in it. Stopped at an ATM which only gives twenties, checked the bill before I went to the counter it was a twenty. Cashier gave me change for a ten. When I brought the discrepancy up to him he insisted it was a ten. No way to prove it but looks to me like you have a dishonest clerk.
