Positives: Friendly environment. Amazing amounts of privacy, and seclusion, free from the ridiculous stares of a conventional gym which is great for olympic lifting. Competition Kilo plates, which is easier for me to understand as opposed to lifting in pounds.Negatives: Pretty far from my home location. I no longer attend the gym that often due to distance & being that I am school and work in multiple gyms, it is not as convenient for me to go here most of the time. For that, I wish there was a gym tier set up for membership.. but this is no fault of anyone's.

Best gym and more importantly best trainer ever !Nick is the best trainer I’ve met and dealt with ….period. He is not just a regular trainer, he is a great human being who cares and invests in his clients health and wellness. I’ve been looking for this environment for more than 6 years, trying different places, and I haven’t found anywhere like this !Very well kept place , equipment and great location.

The best gym I have ever joined and I have been working out for 25 years. The owners, Nick and Paula, have a great space with everything you need. But more than that, they created a space that feels like family. Everyone encourages and pushes each other to work hard, that is why we are there, but always with so much respect and love. I joined Sky to workout, but ended up making incredible friends in the process. I can’t recommend highly enough!!

As a former professional soccer player, former personal trainer, half Ironman finisher, full Ironman finisher, and someone that has been involved in athletics for over 48 years, I can tell you that there simply is not a better training facility than Sky in the Tampa Bay Area. Whether you are a seasoned veteran like me, or just starting out wanting to change your habits and life, this is the place for you! The owners, Nick and Paula, prove everyday that they care about their clients and have created a unique environment where all the members are encouraging and you are treated like family. I cannot recommend Sky emphatically enough!

Stopped in for a drop in session. It’s a great looking gym, has everything you would need for every strength sport excluding body building. (Not a lot ofMachines) but if you want to be a body builder…try powerlifting it’s a better sport.

As a college student who moved around a lot, I've tried quite a few gyms. LA Fitness, YouFit, none were really super enjoyable to go to in my opinion. I LOVE being a member at Sky Athletix. The 24-hour aspect is the part that's most important for me, but everyone there is also amazing. Personally, I prefer to avoid the crowd and going early in the morning is perfect for me. Always clean, always staff members there to help or answer any questions for me, other customers are always amazing. Highly recommend!

I had the most wonderful experience training here. The owner, staff and members was so helpful. I will definitely train here every time I visit Tampa. I recommend this facility to everyone.

The facility is easily accessible 24/7. The staff is well trained, professional and very encouraging. There is a strong sense of community, regardless of an individual's level of fitness or objectives. It is great!

I stopped in a while back just to check the place out. I really liked the look of the place. It had a nice feel...welcoming. The employee was kind and was able to answer all of my questions. Although I chose not to sign up for a gym membership at that time, I felt the gym had the necessary variety of equipment that I was looking for.

I’ve been working out for a couple years and needed a change. I was drawn to Sky Athletix because it is a 24 hours and well lit when I workout (late nights).The facility is VERY clean, no broken equipment, and training programs that are updated daily! All the staff are very friendly and unpretentious, they made me feel welcome as soon as I walked in. Nick is a world class athlete, extremely thorough and knowledgeable trainer, and is very accessible for help. He checks in on my progress often and replies to my messages within minutes!If you want to break through that plateau and have measurable gains, if you’re ready to work harder than ever before, go see the great people at Sky Athletix!
