Dawn was so amazing! After I booked the 5x5 unit I realized it was going to be too small. She was so helpful and patient with me. She showed me other sized units and helped me decide which would work best, and at a price I can afford! I appreciate you, Dawn! The facility is also very clean and well maintained. 10/10 would recommend SmartStop!

Amanda was nice but she is gone the two ladies now are rude. My storage went from 63 to 93 pretty fast that's a 47 percent increase and Amanda told us to come in if an increase happens to work with us. Today the lady was really rude and I called her in it she eventually hung up on me. I will be taking business elsewhere. Don't let the 4.9 rating fool you they give a discount for a good review
