Great store offering outstanding shoes at unbelievable low prices. Thank you and am and we will see you again real soon. Definately worth the time to stop by and take a look. Be sure to check the clearance racks. Very friendly and helpful staff.

No greeting just eye balled. We were the only people in the store and from across the store an employee yelled at us not to try on any shoes... it's a shoe store... you're supposed to try on shoes. Anyways, just stay away from this store unless you enjoy being treated like s****

After my first (and only) visit to this store, I will NEVER go back! I have a licensed, tagged service dog, and my husband and I walked into the store to shop for shoes. When we entered, nothing was said to us...no greeting, nothing. There were three employees standing around the register, chatting. As we walked to the back of the store, we noticed another customer with a service dog. The dog (a beagle) was wearing a service vest and was well behaved. My dog noticed as well, and I spoke to her to ensure good behavior. When suddenly, the store manager appeared. "Excuse me," he said, "is that a service dog?" "Yes," I replied. "She MUST be an emotional support pet," he said, "I have one too, and they aren't allowed in the store." "No, she is a registered service dog," I replied. "Do you have papers?" He asked. "Of course," I said, "Let me get my card for you." As he waited, he stated, "Service dogs are REQUIRED to wear vests." "I'm sorry, but thats incorrect," I informed him." And I continued to look for my card. He persisted in arguing with me, saying.." Yes, the State requires a vest!" Annoyed, I found my card and gave it to him. He looked it over and said," Oh, I see that she is registered. But she should have a vest..." "I said, "No...you don't know the law." He said, "...and YOU don't need to be nasty!" I was shocked, as I couldn't believe how bold he was! I said,"There's no need for YOU to be nasty!" To which he replied... "I'M the MANAGER of this store....You are JUST a customer!" And he flounced off in a huff, back to the register. I thought for a moment about his reply. He had revealed his true feeling...that he was more important than I was..more important and powerful than any of the customers who had walked into the store. He was on a power trip and I had interrupted his day. He'd forgotten (or perhaps didn't know?) that customers make it possible for people like him to have jobs. If it weren't for customers, there would be no shoe stores. No customers, no work...no bosses. As I headed out the door, I realized that many more "customers" had walked in and witnessed the altercation. I couldn't help but repeat loudly, "Did you hear that? We are JUST customers! Our money means nothing in this store. We aren't as important as management!" Several people commented on how sweet my dog was. He certainly didn't think so...or perhaps he was jealous because he isn't allowed to take his "emotional support" dog everywhere he goes. I dont know, but I do feel sorry for the employees who work under his management. Working for someone tripping on power is difficult at best. When he grows up, maybe he'll do better.

You never forget a pleasant shopping experience! I went looking for a specific pair of shoes and the sales associate Lizette led me in the right direction! Good people are hard to find and she was amazing and beyond knowledgeable about the world of sperrys. Thank you again Lizette for your help; and also to add I love my new shoes.

Horrible customer service for faulty products there is no reason a $40 pair of shoes should fall apart after one day.
