Driver Monroe hit my car while he was driving this towing company’s truck. We received the report that it was his fault. We are trying to get their insurance information because the gave the officer wrong insurance information. Scott promised us that he is working to find and will call us back.

Has to be the worst experience I have ever had. AAA Assigned them to tow me. I had a pick up time of two hours from when I called but then it got moved to three hours, then it got moved to four hours then it got moved to five hours then after 7 1/2 hours and constant calls to AAA I had to have them re-assigned me to another towing company. They kept saying that STG would call me but they never called. If I could give them less than one star award. All I can say is words that I can’t use here. This was in 90° weather.

The best service anywhere! I drive from Riverview to visit Gary and the team. He has serviced my Mercedes, Volvo, and my Chevy. Year make and model no problem with these folks. and his "Wife" to be is a great help and super knowledgeable. Don't trust the money hungry dealers... As a consumer I am a firm believer in you get what you pay for.Thanks to my AAA membership , I was able to receive timely a concise service from STG towing. Jim the driver was very attentive to detail, and careful with my vehicle. My needs were met in a timely fashion, and I would recommend Jim for future specialized professional services.

Yep, another vote for Jimmy getting fired. I called AAA to get my car towed. I called at 10:30. Was given an estimate of 12:14 which was pretty outrageous. Then 12:14 came, no tow truck, I called AAA and updated to 1:20. 1:20 came , no tow truck and I called AAA and they updated to 2:20. 2:20 came, no tow truck. Jimmy finally called at 2:45 told me he would be here at 3:15. 3:15 came, no tow truck. His tardiness gave me extra time on my hands to call AAA and file a complaint. He finally showed up at 3:35. Over 5 hours from when I originally called. He had an attitude on the phone, saying it’s AAA’s fault and if you want a tow, you have to call at 6:00 in the morning. I turned him away. I called to have another company tow my car. Hope AAA takes this company off of their roster. Here’s a hint; if they do this to you and you file a complaint, they could strike the tow off of you counted tows. That’s what I did and they credited me.

Terrible ! Jimmy should be fired. He’s needs to find a job he actually likes . Went from 90 min wait to 3 hours for him to call an extend 45 min when he told AAA another thing. Then he caught an attitude with me and said forget it leaving me stranded at 3am. I’m a female in the middle of the street by myself at 3am. The most Unprofessional company i have ever had to deal with.

Worst customer service and towing company of all. And that should say a lot. Scott told me twice that he would call and keep me updated He never did. I’ve been waiting over five hours for them to come and tow my car to the dealership for a dead battery, still no response. AAA said they cannot do anything or use a backup company until STG towing says that they cannot keep up with the calls. Clearly they cannot keep up with their calls, look at all the bad reviews. AAA needs to stop using them. In fact everyone should stop using them.

Triple A dropped the ball for sure, but the slow response time is what frustrated me beyond belief. Hour and a half then two hours then three. Not professional at all.

Quite possibly the worlds slowest and worst towing. Not because of the driver and his service, Eugene was great...its because of the management.They left me waiting 5.5 hours road side before finally sending someone my way, granted this is all via the umbrella of AAA Gold Card membership, but someone has to be held accountable and its certainly not the tow truck driver, it the management who over works the man, tells him he has to pick up too many clients on the same day when its only ONE PERSON.I WOULD NEVER USE STG AUTO TOWING EVER AGAIN AND I SUGGEST YOU DONT EITHER. THEY WILL LEAVE YOU HIGH AND DRY JUST TO MAKE A QUICK BUCK BY OVER BOOKING THEIR POOR DRIVERS.WORST MANAGEMENT EVER IN THE HISTORY OF A TOW COMPANY.
