Ashley was a great help showing us the different units available to help serve my business. Great service and very personable answering all our questions. Got the perfect unit and moved in as planned with no issues. Facility is very clean, feel safe, and is always well lit.

ROCKSTARS!!! We have been renting here for years/ there were 4 different managers last year alone, they were all not that great but the new manager is a real ROCKSTAR ( Ashley ) She gets things done quick and is SUPER polite! the place is clean now everything is fixed quick, even the candy got better after she was hired lolololo We also would like to say the same for the new maintenance man Mr T (Terrance?) we have never seen anyone work so hard in the 100 degree sun to make things better! And then to the Great Patrick, this guy is a problem solver with the brain of a CEO, he could find five different ways to find solutions to help a customer find happiness! Store Right did a GREAT JOB hiring these 3 ROCKSTARS!!!!

I have 3 storage lockers here. I can't get enough. The reason I found this place is because Patrick the salesman found me and gave me a gift basket. Ashley at the front desk is always nice and accommodating. I'll tell you, they really care about their customers here. It's very clean and easy to get in.

We are doing an in town move and needed a storage place for our and an aging parent’s things that didn’t fit in our new house. StoreRight was a perfect fit. I called and Ashley picked up and answered all of my questions - she was outstandingly helpful and let me know the difference among units and that I could rent a unit and start storing that same day. The next day we headed over with a car-full and hit traffic on the way. I was worried we wouldn’t make it and so I called - Ashley was there again. She very kindly started processing our application over the phone and stayed late, because she knew we were on the way. When we arrived, Ashley finished up with us and made sure we knew where to go to drop off our boxes in our new storage space, which was clean and perfect. Her customer service was really above and beyond.

I am a fan of the Lutz location. I have had a storage unit there for a few years.During that period of time, I have always had excellent customer service. The staff was always very helpful with my requests and they were extremely fair. If I need a storage unit again, I will not hesitate to use them in the future. ??

Never rent here. They completely ruined our family Christmas via non-working gates that didn't allow my family member access to his gifts. No answering phone calls or emails and no sort of real apology or refund of money for their shoddy operations. Who runs business like this? This isn't the first time the gates haven't worked. My family member has had countless occasions where he needed a response or help from management only to be ignored for days. Totally shady place run by obviously rotten people.
