I remember about 4 years ago, my Grandpa had some money stolen from some guy from Atlanta. Javier helped him, and although I was only there just to hang out with my Grandpa, I’d say Javier gives the best business (a couple others helped, so they’re good too (: )

Had an issues with my account being locked and went to show proof of my identity, Juan told me that he couldn’t unlocked my account because it had other comments under it and said that it was above his pay grade. Said that I needed to open a whole new account. Came back a second time that same day, and ended up leaving with no assistance after waiting over 20 minutes because both parties were taking their time with others. Literally went to the Truist down the street, and the nice lady not only helped me right away. But she got my account unlocked within minutes and said that there was no need to open up another account. All she did was make a phone call!!!!!

Applied for a car loan of 19k for my business credit score is 700 also I deposit 120 k per month. I have 11 trucks in my business name all paid on time no late payments. I also have a personal car loan with suntrust never been late. Applied last week on Thursday. They didn’t approve me based off of my tax information. They didn’t add back in all my depreciation . They said I was in the negative. Of course I’m going to depreciate the trucks to avoid paying taxes. I applied somewhere else and was approved in less than 2 hours. This bank is a joke. Since starting my business feb 2017 this bank has done nothing to help my business . Very discouraging to me because they saw me start with nothing . Every year the business doubles in sales. Last year I was at 700k. This year so far I’m over 500k less that 6 months. Very discouraging also I want to add I have more than the loan amount in my bank account.

I was at the atm line and i was blocked in. Someone behind me and someone in front of me. The person in front of me was doing all their banking at the atm i was behind them 30 minutes. During my wait my assistant called and let me know my dog had an emergency and had to go to the vet so i honked to get out, the person in front of me doing all their banking stopped to flick me off so i laid on the horn and that's when bank teller Kim Schmidt came out arms flying, yelling, screaming she's gonna call the cops. If an employee is going to get involved she should've come out & said how can i help, instead i was greeted with screaming, yelling and threats. Another male employee from bank came out and asked how can he help. I told him i need to get out of being blocked in and get my dog to the vet. He handled the situation so well and asked the guy behind me to back up. This could've been resolved so easily had he handled it in the first place, instead of having a maniac come out yelling and making threats. This is how they conflict resolve at this branch. Beware of Kim and her lack of self control even if her place of employment.

Question the amount on the check , they could not see it clearly but it did go through fine. Never been inside, I assume it looks like a bank.

It's Friday so it's understandably busy in this drive-through. The first lane is for ATM; the next three for drive-up. I'm typing this as I wait just to let them know what kind of transaction I'm doing. Looks like only two tellers for all these cars plus inside customers. They need to hire more people for Friday lunch rush.

I deposit cash and the drive through doesn't have a tube. It makes you reach almost opening your door(defeats the purpose of driving through) and also cash doesn't secure well. So imagine the nightmare when you have to deposit a lot of cash? Horrible!!!
