They barely even treat you like a human, and their overdraft systems are predatory. They won't close your account whether you do or do not have money in it. Chase Bank is right across the street, try them instead, SunTrust will rob you blind.

Gotta agree with Edwin. The branch manager was very rude to my son and I - I am fine with making an appointment but instead of repeating yourself, rolling your eyes and acting like I was a major inconvenience to you, offering to make me an appointment when I asked if I should wait or come back another day would have gone much better. Things escalated a bit (again he was super rude) and on the way out asked me if I could read the sign on the door - can I READ? Um, yes, I can and I can also take my high value account to another bank.

The branch manager was very rude to my son and I. I will gladly make an appointment if you are too busy, but to talk down to me and then ask me to close the door and read the sign on the way out about appointments. Wow. Classy. Fire this tool or you will lose many more customers.

Been a customer for 10 years so I decided to take a friend to open an account and I decided to ask if they offered rewards for referring a friend and the manager made a big joke about it and gave me fake game money. I felt disrespected and as a manager he should've acted more PROFESSIONAL and treat customers the way he wants to be treated. I will be closing my account and go to a bank where I get treated with more respect. Grow up dude.

I had a hold on my account online and tried to resolve my issue over the phone with the company but they could do NOTHING to help me and weren't even willing to give me any kind of temporary solutions. So because of the lack of support I went into this branch in person. I spoke with the branch manager Jason. He was so professional and so accommodating. I told him about my situation and how frustrated I was and he really went over and above to help me resolve some of the issues. Unfortunately not everything could be fixed right at that moment because of the "Companies policies" but I know Jason did everything in his power to help me. I am so thankful for people like him who have such a kind heart and are willing to step out for a customer in desperate needs during difficult times. He really is an asset to the company. Not so sure about the companies policies but I am grateful for people like him. It's because of HIM that I will continue to bank with Suntrust, but if I have any issues in the future I will ONLY be dealing with Jason and his branch instead of over the phone!!!

Put a check in through ATM on Saturday afternoon so I could make sure I can get my bills paid on the flowing Monday, so Monday morning comes and still not in my account I call and they tell me it will be in on Tuesday now I'm so pissed I have 0 to my name until it clears I'm so pissed about this I don't have these problems with regions I also have an account with I will be withdrawing and shutting down this account in the morning I could have just cash the fuckin check if I had known that SunTrust was gonna hold my $900 check for 3 freaking days WTF is wrong with this bank seriously my lights are gonna be shut off cause I was unable to pay today when I said I would because it's taken 4 flipping days to put check in my account thank you SunTrust I'm so freaking mad I'm gonna post on everything I can today cause I can't move as it is cause I'm completely busted till I close account and put it in my regions unbelievable

Cool bank. Very convenient location. We've gone their for years with no problems
