Hello. Today I visited your store in Lutz and Amaya was a joy to help me shop. Bubbly, fun, knowledgeable. Knew the product, familiar with all aspects of the computer. Jewelry shopping can be very stressful for me because i am very indecisive but i was relieved when the staff helped me get exactly what i wanted in particular a girl named stacey helped me she was very nice and overall had a great experience here !! i would definitely recommend coming here.

terrible i had to ask the employee if the bracelet come in sizes and she didn’t know and i pick a ring that was my size the lady said she was going to get me different box i asked her 3 times if its the same size as the ring i just brought her she assured me it was now im home 45 minutes away from the outlet and it doesn’t fit at all GET PEOPLE WHO KNOW HOW TO FOLLOW DIRECTION

I don’t usually take time to write 1 star review! My experience at this store is the worst? I bought a swan bracelet for my girlfriend as a gift. I looked online it said there are 3 sizes for this one. I went to the store to get it. When I stepped inside, I was annoyed already because the clerks was gossiping so loud about this guy and his girl. when I asked the clerks they both said it’s one size fit all. I was confused but said ok I can have her try and maybe return if not fit. A day after which was last Sunday, I came back with my girlfriend to ask if we can exchange for a smaller size ( I found out it was an M from the box). The male guy still say it’s one size. Then he look it up, it says 3 sizes and he did not admitted his mistake. Even when it’s his mistake I gotta come back the second time to exchange, he said there is one at International plaza which is 45’-1hr away and told me to come pick it up. What the hell is he thinking? Then, I said just return it for me. Then he said “ Usually, I wouldn’t return it for you because your gf already wear it but I’m just being nice”?????? How tf would I know if it fit or not if my gf don’t try not to mention he is the one who said it has one size???? Can you imagine buying a gift for your anniversary and run in to this guy? After I return, he said “ we keep the bag”. ( a yellow swarovski bag) The thing is I bought 2 items which mean I should keep the bag? But I was speechless and left the store fuming?
Why would you hire a guy who is rude and have no customer service skill at a jewelry store? Don’t get me wrong everyone has a bad day but 2 days in a row? I got no problem with the girl but this guy is way off.
Well, never gonna return to this store for sure! If you need proof, check your camera or contact me!

I have been to the store on Monday I.e 2nd September 2024. I went the to male representative to check about the price, the way he replied was so rude, his tone was offensive and his behavior was unprofessional towards the customers. I wanted to buy a gift but because of his attitude towards me and with my husband I have to leave store immediately. Because of people like him Swarovski may loose customer.

Amazing place. I always shop from here. Was there Saturday and Sunday and the rep who was there went above and beyond in finding the best piece for us and looking each type and price. He was so kind to exchange a piece of jewelry as well. At the end I was surprised that they gave me a gift for shopping with them. Really happy felt celebrated there. Amazing?????

I’ve bought many beautiful pieces from this location, and I came to return a product for a refund on 5/18, 14 days from when I bought it on 5/5. The receipt says returns are accepted for a refund within 14 days of purchase. Yet, they said they cannot do a refund, only an exchange due to their system. As a valued customer, I figured somebody or a manager would be able to override it but no. Very sad. So basically they don’t follow the policy. They should update the return policy ASAP & let customers know that returns for a refund is within 13 days.
