Customers beware of lazy employeesArrive at this store at close to 7:40 pm, and upon approaching the door, a male employee and a female employee roll their eyes and seem to be annoying to see a customer walk in, right away the male employee believe to be called Yan asked what was the purposed of my visit, when told was looking to upgrade current phone in account the quick response was I won't be able to transfer your Data from one phone to the other since he was closing soon, never bother to asked to see the phone or check account details, when told his help transfering data's wasn't need it, the employee continue to point out the closing time like it was a inconvenience for him to upgrade a customer after repeated response to his question he went to the back to check on the availability of the phone and quickly came back saying the phone wasn't available, at this point felt unwelcome and decided to leave, been with tmobile for 10 plus years never seen such a lazy employee in a tmobile store unwilling to help a customer regardless of timeMade a complaint with tmobile customer relations, but as usual, it falls on deaf ears. I will never visit this location nor recommend anyone to visit

Aside from all the issues I’ve been having with a business account (not recommended. You can’t even use the app and the portal is meh), we went to this store to buy a tempered glass screen protector. “Lifetime guarantee, blah blah…” but when the screen broke… “Oh you need the $18/month insurance, blah blah.” The associate was helpful but the manager “Rick[y] said no you need to buy the insurance (that we were not told was necessary when we purchased the protector). This store is all about sales not service. Go elsewhere.

Great experience. Came to upgrade my old iPhone. I’m a bit out of the loop with the new models between pricing and features but shoutout to Trianah! She was extremely knowledgeable and broke down the differences between the models. She even showed me some awesome accessories I’ll definitely be back for the newest Apple Watch! I usually dread going to phone stores because I feel like they try to push whatever will make them the most in sales. This was not the case at this store. Everyone was super friendly and patient. I’m 100% satisfied AND I have a shiny new phone to play around with!!! Thanks again to Trianah and this store for the outstanding service!

They got me to buy a screen protector and a camera lens protector and told me BOTH have life time warranty. Now they are saying that they don’t have warranty anymore. What a bunch of crooks just to get a sale. I paid triple what it says on Amazon. So if you want accessories for your phone, don’t believe them on the warranty get it from Amazon. It’s cheaper. They are just looking for sales for money in their pocket and don’t care about the customer.

This location is outstanding! Every time I come in here the staff is always helpful and very experienced and helps me on all my cell phone needs. I’m proud to have T mobile as my cell service! And SHOUTOUT to MARIO for my mom and I upgrade! Helped me at ease and made sure everything was completed before I left! Definitely recommend this T Mobile

I had the most amazing and impressive experience at T-mobile in Sierra Center in Wesley Chapel. I was helped above and beyond by Joshua, he is super knowledgeable and resourceful. Arlando's friendly and courteous telephone service and asurance of customer care, made me come into this location.I highly recommend this entire of outstanding profesionals for everyone to come into this location and receive the same prestige service I did.

Exceptional customer service experience with Naomi who so patient in explaining everything. She was very thorough and knowledgeable about all the different plan details, phone upgrades etc , so pleasant too. And Tim kept 3 year old occupied during all of this with a soccer ball game. Store manager Blas T is uncanny; I saw him yelling at the customer before me, accusing him of throwing a phone at him, which I witnessed did not happen. He refused to help the customer even after the customer tender his apology. Moreover, he told him rudely to get out of the store, or he will call the police. After this encounter, he asked me how he can help me. I was hesitant to deal with him because of what i saw, but i had no choice; in any case, I told him there was a replacement phone shipped to the store to replace my defective phone, but without checking my account, he looked at the phone and accused me of lying to customer service because my screen was “bleeding”, I told him I did not lie, my phone is insured, and based on answering a series of questions from customer service they determined that the issue is mechanical, which is very common in the z fold phones. Further, it is covered under warranty. He refused to replace my phone even though the new phone was shipped to the store. I told him i will report his conduct to T-mobile customer case, and he threw his business card at me, demonstrating a lack of care. Regardless of whether the phone is covered under a warranty or damaged claim, he obviously has issues dealing with customers. Avoid this store
