Friendly when I walked in to set up an account with them and also wanted to lower my car payments and refinance with them. I don't know where or how they get their credit information on me but its all wrong. I have 1 car loan they said I had 2 the second one was from my older car that's paid off from 2 years ago and they also wanted to higher my car payment wouldn't even give me a choice of a 7 or 10 year loan. Guess they are just out for the money...

I recently opened an account at the Tampa Airport Location. These ladies are great! Extremely customer oriented and just excellent customer service. Super friendly team I would recommend this location.

If you have to speak to customer service do not deal with Dianna. She’s a terrible nasty person. Everyone else is great there

Diane at the Lutz Office has the worst attitude and very unprofessional! She claims she has been updating a credit report since 9/04/2020 and yet the reposting is still there. When inquired about again, she gets very snippet as if I did something to her! The balance was a pain in April of 2020! We get requests to open an account back, but not to clear this information.

I had accounts with TPCU for 12 year. I purchased two insurance policies through them with premiums coming straight out of my checking. Some months they deducted extra premiums with a single month resulting in overdraft charges. I never knew when this would happen. The online banking was confusing and difficult to use compared to my other banks. Automatic payments made from checking were a nightmare to cancel. Customer service was difficult to work with and gave me conflicting information. Loan rates were high even with good credit. Finally fed up with them and closed my account.

All the staff is very friendly and they go out of their way to help you with your needs. I have been a member for a little over 35 years. I am happy to do my banking with TPFCU.

I would give this bank zero stars if I could. Sorry but not sorry enough is enough. Worse banking experience!!!! After contacting them multiple times about a system problem, the problem was still there a week later with no way to access my funds. That's not even the first problem I've had with them. I don't feel like they have my best interest at hand & literally blow off any kind of urgency you tell them. They say they're for postal workers but their hours of operation do not even come close to a NON RETIRED employees schedule, there is only two locations and they are both far as hell in opposite directions! No Saturday hours (it's 2019 really?) & there system is so old it's kind of scary I.e if you deposit money you have to call them or wait two days to get it â€releasedâ€. Never heard of that before...Sadly the only reason why I haven't closed the acct is because my car is financed through them, but I'm to the point I just want to give it back. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS BANK

An error was made by a branch representative but instead of correcting the matter it was pushed off, blamed member very frustrating...would not recommend services under any circumstance to anyone... (Caveat is emptor)

First class treatment. Will never bank at a "too big to fail" institution ever again.
