I’ve had consistently good experiences at this Target location. The staff here are polite, patient, and genuinely helpful. You can tell they care about their customers. Always a pleasant visit!

Here’s yet another location that does employee holds on Pokémon cards. Their display case does not match inventory or even have product that is advertised on the shelves. Calling the Better Business Bureau and getting an attorney

One of the worst Target experiences ever! Employees just standing around instead of helping the customers. Even at the end of my horrible experience, having to just go get the item I ordered for pickup(*doing their job in the process) and trying to cancel my order. The mangers all had a smug arrogance about them and need to really be trained in customer service. I usually never write reviews cause I try to give people in the service industry the benefit of the doubt but these people really don’t deserve their jobs

I’ve always liked Target and shop there a lot, both online and in the store. Most of my Christmas shopping was done online and mailed to my house, but I discovered the drive-up pickup option and it was a game changer! Now I use it almost exclusively and there’s no waiting for an order to arrive. Within two hours (and usually much sooner), I’ll get a message from my Target that my order is ready. Short drive, pull into a numbered space, tap “I’m here”, and enter the space number. My 4-digit code pops up and in a couple of minutes (literally!), my order is delivered, loaded in my backseat (or trunk or wherever you want) and I’m headed home. I LOVE this service; it’s so convenient, super accurate, and always friendly and polite. ( I tip the person who brings it out. Good service is good service and it’s absolutely worth it just to stay in car!)

This is a very nice target. They recently did an entire renovation of the store. It’s now beautiful and the layout is great. Unfortunately, with the renovation came higher prices. Are used to find good deals but they are very seldom now. They also used to have their clearance rack very organized and now it’s just a mess. For that I only give it four stars.

I was having an issue with Google Pay on Saturday, and Carla in Customer Services was just awesome--patient and respectful, and she resolved my phone/app issue for me. Being in Retail myself, I recognize and appreciate excellent customer service when I see it. Thank you, Carla!

They never have anything in stock. Not to mention it takes them over 2 hours for a drive up order and then forever to pull up. The worst target in Tampa bay.

Out of all the targets I have been to, this one is the best one by far. The aisles and floors are always clean, the service is great, and always have things in stock.
