Call to check on if an item is in stock, get shuffled from one department to another until the call is just dropped. It's 2024, you should be able to get an inventory request handled simply by now.

I purchased a car seat for my Granddaughter, from Target. My daughter had found one she had liked better, so I went to return the one I had purchased. It was never used, and NEW -IN -THE -BOX. I didn't have my receipt for the return. Linda, the store Manager of the Lutz, FL location told me that I could not even get an instore credit. Anything over $100 could not be done. Now this is a NEW Car Seat, not an electronic! She was rude in her communications. Their store policy states different! I had even looked it up prior to taking it back.. I always pay cash, and even was in the store the other day and bought Christmas gifts for over $150. I want to return everything just because of this situation! Horrible customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! At the least, a store credit should have been issued. One unhappy customer tells how many people of how unhappy they are with a company??? MANY......

If you are a parent, exchanging Cat & Jack uniform bottoms that you recently purchased for a bigger size, this Target will NOT accept them. This is the first time I have ever been denied a return for items recently purchased and in great condition. I have the barcode for in-store returns from the app. I have a target credit card and been shopping at Target for 20 years. According to the target app, I can return or exchange the items for the next year but Ms Farmaha at customer service was horrible. She was rude and unprofessional and insulting. I will not be shopping at Target any longer with this type of treatment. Zero stars.

I came to target to use my target circle rewards and met all terms and conditions. When I asked for help at self check out, store associate les, was ignoring my light indicator and walked right passed me. He seem annoyed when I called him over verbally. When I told him I was having issues with my target circle offer he did not even bother to look at my phone to tell why I didn’t qualify instead he shrugged me off and told me he could not help nor tell me why I did not qualify. quite sad and annoyed with my target experience today.

Very clean Target. Well stocked and never really that busy. They have everything you need and things you never thought you would need. Go without a list and let Taregt tell you what you want. It's the only way to shop.

They always seem to have what I need (and don’t need!) and the target circle discounts are amazing we plan out shopping around the deals and this particular location seems to be well stocked. Anytime I have personally had an issue the workers have been attentive and have remedied it.
