I don’t remember ever leaving a review when I got my inserts but it’s been 2 + years and I use them on my everyday work shoes I stand for 8 hours a day and before I had the good feet store inserts my feet would be in so much pain I had to take ibuprofen every night it was so hard to cook dinner. It took about a week for me to get used to and see a difference but I recommend them to anyone who will listen because it has made such a huge difference in my life. I only for the middle one for $500 . I used to get the $30 inserts at Walmart every 2 months and these have already lasted more than 2 years and they’re lifetime warranty.

Louis was extremely knowledgeable and informative. It was a no pressure situation. The products sell themselves. Not to sound cliche, however, it felt just like their commercial! Put the "strenghtener" arch in and wore it out of the store to get my first 30 min on the books. It is a process and it all makes sense. I know I am going to say "wish I had done this years ago!!" If you are using Dr. Scholls inserts stop wasting your money and starting correcting the problem! Those insoles are a band aid on a broken arm. Thank you, Louis!!

Well informed sales staff. Patient and considerate. Making sure I had the right fit. Very good with follow up after the sale12/10/2023 update.Since my visits I have found this to be a total waste of my money. Way overpriced! I went to my foot doctor and he recommended 2 specific brands and style of footwear. These shoes are readily available and for a lot less money with superior results. I do not recommend the Good Feet Store to anyone. Go see a good foot doctor before wasting your time your money and your suffering!

The price is outrageous for what you get. You get 3 pairs of shoe inserts for approximately $1275. 1 pair is a Strengthener, 1 pair Maintainer, and 1 pair a relaxer. They are all plastic inserts. After wearing the Strengthener for about 5 minutes I had back pain and shoulder pain. I immediately removed the insert. I ended up making 2 visits to a Chiropractor for adjustments to relieve the pain. Also, since there is only one pair of each you are constantly moving the inserts of one shoe to another. I would advise anyone not to go a Good Feet store. When you first enter and ask the price, they tell you $425.00. It's not until they spent a half hour with you, and you are about to check out that they tell you the $425 is for 1 of the three pairs of inserts you need. Check out the Better Business Bureau page for Good Feet. There are many complaints about their products. Also, you can't return them for your money back, because of the Good Feet does not accept returns if you are not satisfied.

Thanks to Good Feet I finally found a wide width shoe, after almost giving up the search since apparently all the major department and retail shoe stores I visited in Tampa Bay no longer carry wide widths. So I bought two pairs only after receiving great traditional customer service. First your foot print is taken to determine one's pressure points and measured so knowledge is power. Then, recommendations are made. Here's a store where one can actually sit comfortably while trying on various pairs of shoes until the correct fit is chosen. What a concept! No pressure sales persons. Instead easy intelligent conversation like you'd have with a family member who you'd depend on honest advice to compare selections. And the best part my shoes were on sale so having savings, selection, a quality shoe which actually fits with a company which will stand behind their product, well I'm sold. I'm an Elite reviewer with no connection to Good Feet. In fact, I was actually headed to the Lutz Premier outlet mall for one final desperate attempt to find a wide width show which fits when I decided to go across the street to have lunch at Zukku- San sushi bar which I found on Yelp. Upon leaving the restaurant I noticed that Good Feet was a few doors away so I thought I'd give this a look since I was about out of options. Suffice to say, after Good Feet I found no reason to search the mall for shoes. So I beat feet for home. I bought Brooks running and walking shoes. They are among the top rated for men & women who run, well made and they accomodate my custom orthotics.

I was impressed with Lewis and his boss with their knowledge and gentle explanation on what is going on with my feet. I also loved the teamwork atmosphere in the store!

Buyer beware! No refunds. Not displayed anywhere and nowhere in writing. I tried to return them 3 days later completely unopened and unused because my partner was not thrilled with spending 1500 on shoe inserts. They claim the “happiness policy” says no returns. I asked for a copy of that. He said “it’s at the bottom of your receipt”. Which says NOTHING about no refunds or all sales being final. So now begins the dispute process with the credit card company. Absolutely horrible.

Andres and Holly were absolutely wonderful. I felt like a got a mini-education in foot care, and I am glad I did. It can be pricey, depending, but they have a lot of options, so just know that going in. At the very least, I would recommend checking out the free exam and walking foot imprint. I went with a lower-end purchase for now, and I already notice a difference.

Most dishonest buisness practice I've ever seen. The fitting process was great, but it's pretty obvious the insoles are not custom made or worth $1500 and the workers are most certainly not doctors. If you have that much money to splurge, do yourself a favor and see a podiatrist. It will be cheaper and leagues better. I ended up getting the "non lifetime warranty" ones and they have helped, but this terrible exploitative experience is why I'm giving a 1 star.

Made the one hour trip to the Lutz store to put an end to my right knee pain. It was the best experience. The assessment was detailed and the final support system tailored to my needs. I could feel the difference in my knee discomfort before leaving the store ! I would not have believed this could be true unless I had experienced it myself.

Just went in to check it out and received full service and great information. I knew it would be in a ballpark $$ of good health care items. But was not prepared for an out the door number for a stop by. Makes sense but I will have to plan better. The folks were awesome.

First, I'd like to commend the staff. They were very friendly. With that being said, I was quoted $1,500 dollars for 6 plastic molded arches and 3 pair of sole inserts. I asked the in-store rep during the process to review prices. I was told they would need to enter everything into the computer at the end. The entire time I was spoken to as if I've already made up my mind and was waiting to pay. The rep placed the arch support and in-soles into the shoes I walked in with before I even agreed to anything or paid for the products. I really felt like I was being manipulated by the end of it. The whole process makes you feel awkward and guilty for backing out. Especially after an in-store rep spent nearly an hour preparing a custom solution for you. $1,500 is simply ridiculous.

Melissa, Holly, and Andres were very helpful! Holly explained everything and her and Melissa made sure I had the perfect size. Got a nice insert for $99 (turned down the $1100 for all 6). Lovely people, very nice store.
