THIS PLACE SUCKS, makes their employees stand out in the sun for long periods of time and treats them badly, plus this place scratched my car definitely don't go here your better off going somewhere else. Kesean do better.

Tidal Wave are using teenagers to push sales dishonestly. They give out free car washes and yet say they need your credit card in case you decide to join their membership. I did get an email requesting membership, I declined it and didn't notices until 5 months later realize they are taking $45.00 a month. I did not use it during the month of March or April. I notice I was being charged in June, so I used the car wash. When I was finally able to get someone on the phone, they told me they could not refund for the months I didn't use their service because I used it in June. Interesting......... If I don't use your service, then why should I pay? Tidal Wave, your car wash is GREAT, IF YOU WERE HONEST AND TAUGHT YOUR EMPLOYEES TO BE HONEST. One STAR from me.

Need better training of attendants when line is not moving . After asking for help answer "I just work here" . Don't even know what that means . Cloth to clean cars dirty Found Five minute detail down the road Better service clean towels and water used causes less spotting and staff was friendly and helpful

The towels used to dry the car are always soaking wet. They always have a third of the vaccum stations closed

My car has been so messed up from the pollen lately so i decided to go to the wash to knock it off. When i pulled up to the gate i met a very friendly young man named jackson he offered me a membership and explained each detail of the different levels of washes to help me make my choice. although I didn’t get a membership this time because I live about 25 minutes away I am making sure to come back soon to buy one. even though the distance is an inconvenience, the service was amazing. After washing my car jackson came back over said it looked great and offered me fresh towels because the other ones were slightly wet. overall, an amazing experience, and I will be back shortly to get a membership. Amazing customer service

Been using this weekly, always moves quickly with free vacuums and towels ready to finish drying off. The tire shine at this place is amazing

The scrubbers that are supposed to come down to clean the hood and windshield are never working at this location. They just float above the car and spin. If we want a thorough wash we have to use the Tidal Wave up on 54. Fix these, please!Update 3/24/24: Tried this again, and the overhead hood and windshield scrubbers were not working once again. Our car is still dirty with bug splats. Ridiculous.

I recently made my first visit to the Tidal Wave Atmore Grove Dr location and it was above expectations. This isnt the typical car wash where your auto comes out half washed with water still all over it. The wash was very thorough and it didn't require a ton of time to wipe down my car post-wash as this was the best I've had. While the wash was great the staff was even better. They were friendly when I pulled up to pay, smiling while conducting the pre-wash prep and very thorough after. While all the Tidal Wave team members where friendly, a young man named Jackson/Jaxon deilvered world class customer service. He came over and greeted me after my wash in the vacuum area, dropped off fresh towels, complemented how nice my car was, made sure I had everything I needed and when the vaccum didn't have much suction he fixed it immediately. His friendly approach and customer focus was off the charts. I lead a staff of over 500 employees and know how hard it is to find good hard workers these days who appear to love what they do and understand that they have their job because of the clients and communities they serve. I can assure you that I will be marketing to many on my Tidal Wave experience...and maybe recruiting Jackson/Jaxon as well!

It’s fine. Wouldn’t go here if it wasn’t most convenient due to proximity to my home. Customer service is below average. All the employees seem upset to be working here. Unfriendly and nobody smiles. The Woodies Wash Shack place in Land O Lakes blows this place out of the water. Management here seems non-existent.

i went to the car was today because my car has been dirty and a really good worker named jaxon helped me sign up for a plan and 4 others with mine on a family plan to make it cheaper. I love the service and plan on going back soon!

Jaxon helped me get my membership it sounded very good and I will be telling my friends and family to come to this location he talked to me like family and he made me feel very welcome
