My wonderful boyfriend had flowers delivered to me for anniversary because he has Covid and I am not feeling well also. so we can't see each other. Flowers were delivered around 4 PM yesterday when I woke up this morning, I noticed that they already dying wilting onto my island, and another rose is completely fallen over I told him he might want to call and see if they have a 2436 hour guarantee. They had no problem replacing the flowers but I have to bring it to them and then they'll give me a replacement not a problem. This is one of the worst practices I have ever heard of from small business to another small business these flowers haven't even been at my home for 24 hours And they are already dying. they dying but I'm very sick so I will be happy to get my car and drive these to your facility knowing that I am very sick.

Title: Shocking Disrespect and Incompetence at Tiger Lilly FloristI am deeply disturbed by the abhorrent treatment I received from Tiger Lilly Florist in Lutz, FL. As someone who has always valued positive interactions and has never felt compelled to leave a negative review, I am compelled to share my shocking experience to warn others against dealing with this disgraceful establishment.My ordeal began innocently enough. I visited the Tiger Lilly website on a Sunday to order birthday flowers for my daughter, to be delivered to her workplace on Wednesday, her special day. I received a confirmation email along with a confirmation number, confirming that my order was processed.However, the nightmare unfolded on Wednesday morning when I received a call from the owner of Tiger Lilly Florist. She callously informed me that they couldn't fulfill my order because she didn’t receive my order until that morning and their store was inexplicably closed on that Wednesday. Understandably upset, I expressed my frustration, only to be met with dismissal and accusations of dishonesty from the owner herself.Despite her incompetence and lack of accountability, she offered to deliver the flowers the next day. However, my patience was already worn thin by her unprofessionalism. Determined to address the issue in person, I visited the shop on Thursday, only to find the owner absent and her mother in charge.I attempted to explain the situation to her mother, hoping to show her the confirmation number as evidence. However, she showed no interest in resolving the matter, claiming that only her daughter could handle it. Disheartened by their collective indifference, I left, intending to express my displeasure through reviews.Little did I know, my attempts at feedback would be met with further disrespect. I received a call from the owner (who did not identify herself), and started screaming at me obscenities, including derogatory slurs, and admonished me never to speak to her mother in such a manner.In disbelief at the audacity and unprofessionalism displayed, I informed her of my intention to share my experience in reviews. Her response was chilling – she expressed apathy towards customer feedback, claiming she could care less, that nobody reads or cares about reviews.This entire ordeal has left me deeply disturbed and disillusioned. I have never felt compelled to leave a negative review, but I believe it is my duty to warn others about the appalling service and disrespect I encountered at Tiger Lilly Florist. Save yourself the headache and heartache – avoid this establishment at all costs.

Very nice staff. I ordered flowers for my anniversary and there was a mistake. After a call they fixed it and were very nice.

Flowers are nothing like it was ordered. Spoke to a representative and they told me what they gave me was more valuable than what I ordered which is a lie. But the fact of the matter IT IS NOT WHAT I ORDERED. When you order a steak from a restaurant you shouldn't receive a chicken breast. Same thing goes for a flower shop. What my wife received for $120 is pitiful and I will be charging back on this scam of a place.

Most beautiful arrangement I have everreceived. Many colorful flowers and buds that continued opening and staying fresh for more than a week. The square glass vase was exquisite! It made my 80th birthday very Special! Thanks so much

Worst florist I've been to in years. Went in to request a bouquet of babies breath for my fiance. We both walked into Tiger Lillis Florist and the lady at the front counter was being quite rude and confrontational with the gentleman in front of us about what he was ordering. Another older lady walks out from the back and asks what we were looking for. I explained I just need a bouquet of babies breath since it her favorite flower. She then has the audacity to look my fiance in the face and said that's not much of a flower. But if she still wanted them they would be 4$ per stem and holds up this tiny single stem of babies breath with a distasteful look on her face. So it would work out to be the same price as a full bouquet of roses all because they want to be a nasty bunch of karens to my fiance about her favorite type of flower cause it's not expensive enough. So if this is where you are buying your loved ones flowers, you are getting ripped off .

Pictures on website look nothing like what you actually get. Most are drooping and look partially dead. Staff was defensive and I will have to apologize to my wife for bad Mother’s Day flowers. Unfortunately there are many reviews with similar experiences I did not see until I already bought them

I ordered a gorgeous arrangement for my mom's birthday along with a balloon and some chocolates, and they did not disappoint! Beautiful flowers, prompt delivery, satisfied customer! Will definitely use them again! :)

Horrible! Would definitely NOT recommend!!! I paid close to $100.00 to send a bouquet of flowers to my wife. I am stationed overseas and wanted to surprise my wife on Valentine's day. I called around 4pm Florida time to ask when the flowers would be delivered. The first woman that I spoke to was rude and could not provide an answer. I was simply looking for a time window or estimated time of delivery. This woman then put me on hold (mind you, I was calling from overseas). When the second woman (manager?) answered, she could not give me an estimated time of delivery. She, for whatever reason, kept laughing during our discussion. When I asked her what was funny, she rudely hung up on me. I had to call back in order to see if I could get a time for delivery. This woman then said it was better to cancel the order! At 4pm (10pm my time overseas) on Valentine's day!!! I was appalled!!! There is nothing else that I can do!!! Horrible customer service! Never again!!!

I do not recommend. They are Rude! But, don't take my word for it. Others have the same complaint.Flowers are for love. These people obviously don't know the meaning of the word.Rudest customer service I have ever experienced. But hey, it's Lutz, FL right?Don't ask them for an ETA on their late deliveries because they will hang up on you. Wow.POOR
