Came here around six, no greeting. Staff actively avoids you. Don’t brother to get help if you’re looking for something. Pointless, never talking to employees and cussing.

I went in and was completely ignored. They weren't busy, they weren't closing up the store. Just ignored me. Only person who talked to me was the cashier Kendrick. If it wasn't for his kindness, I would've just put the clothes back, and walked out.

I went inside to look at shoes I grab a box to look at it and the employee there came up to me and gave me attitude for grabbing a box to look at shoes it's a shoes store for a reason

Worst experience ever at the Tillys at the Tampa Premium Outlets. Employee told us the RSQ brand items were 30% off. We picked out 3 items and proceeded to check out. Waited in line for 15 minutes, and then told only one item was 30% off. Manager was rude, disrespectful and completely out of line all while declining the sale we were told. I spend a lot of money at Tillys with a family of 6. This store and possibly the company won’t get another dime of my money unless they make it right.
