An outstanding shop with exceptional staff. I wasn’t happy that I was having a problem with my transmission, but I was elated to have found this place. John from Trinity Auto Worx recommended that I see Tim, based on John’s experience of knowing him for 30yrs. I can now say that I finally know who I can trust in the area whenever I’m having mechanical issues, or if I’m having transmission issues. I’ll be bringing all of my business here, and sending all of my friends and family here too!

Thought my transmission was making noise had Tim Moyer check it he informed me the transmission was fine said the noise was in the rear-end
Had the rear end check and that was the problem his was spot-on

A few years ago, I found myself needing the help of a transmission tech for a 1988 Ford E150, at the time, Lori, my customer, suggested I go to Tim Moye, so I headed there 10 min later, Tim rode with me to see what was happening, within 2 minutes, he turned around, we went back to the shop, he crawled under the van, and found a dry rotted vacuum line..problem solved in 30 min flat...I'll be bringing my 2014 Ram C/V in the next few days...Lori has retired at this point, but she was spot on...Thank you !

This is A great place to trust with your vehicle. They take what are seemingly complex, potentially expensive situations that are diagnosed by non-transmission experts, AKA general mechanics and are able to diagnose and repair vehicles honestly and potentially inexpensive way. My transmission was stated by a mechanic that needed to be rebuilt and all it was is a solenoid that cost $150. This is a great organization to trust your vehicle with.

I had a transmission speed sensor issue/ check engine light. (Very nerve-wracking). I researched the db2 code and also got several expert opinions, and ultimately 3 estimates. A trusted shop recommended Tim Moye. Moye gave an honest, accurate diagnosis which I appreciated. I wanted to use them but, surprisingly and disappointingly, their total quote was as high as the infiniti dealership, and almost $1000 more than Aamco. Not sure what to think of them now.

Totally honest ! You’ll never have a concern at Tim Moye. I’ve had my wife’s Lexus there and just now my Toyota Highlander. I asked Tim to do a transmission oil flush but when he looked at my transmission oil, he said it was so clean that he recommended that I wait on it a little longer. He didn’t even charge me for inspection !!
Total outstanding shop and person !!

I was sent to Tim Moye by Olin Mott because "they are the best in the area. The only one we trust." I took my van into them and the guy examined it and found nothing wrong. Charged me $0.00. Said, "Have a nice day". All the guys in my church recommend them too. I gotta say, I would and will go back.

I have used Tim Moye Transmission since 1990 when they had a shop on Nebraska Ave. in Tampa. Tim Moye is the most honest, and fair professional I have ever met. The only time I went to someone else to rebuild the transmission on my 1987 El Camino, I had to bring it to Tim to fix because it failed. Today they serviced my transmission with new filters, fluid and gaskets, cleaned the transmission, replaced two hard to find bushings in my linkage, adjusted the linkage and replaced both of my universal joints with my new parts and road tested it for the incredible price of $300. I can't remember the last time I was so happy to spent my hard earned money. Thanks, again, Tim. I'll see you in the future!
p.s. I dropped my car off at 8:15 this morning and picked it up at 4pm.
