We had a very disappointing experience at this store. We bought more than 8 items as gifts and asked for a few small branded bags. The staff reluctantly gave us only a couple. When I asked to split the purchase between three people using different cards (three separate households buying the gifts for separate people) both manager Kaliya and front desk employee Paul said, “No, we have rules.” I politely asked them to show where this rule is officially written — on the website, in-store policy, anywhere. They couldn’t provide a single document. Just a blunt refusal with zero flexibility or explanation.
To make things worse, when we got home, we realized that even the few small bags we were promised were missing. So either the staff were playing around, or Paul just lied to our faces.
Honestly, for a store that tries to present itself as medium segment the whole experience felt extremely disorganized, unprofessional, and rude. Good job, Tommy Hilfiger, on hiring staff that makes loyal customers feel disrespected and unwelcome.
Wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone expecting decent service! Double check your bags after purchasing at this store or better yet, try to avoid dealing with someone like Paul!

I visited Tommy Hilfiger for Thanksgiving shopping and was impressed with the quality and selection of clothes they offer.
The store had a great variety of stylish options, including jeans, shirts, and tees, all at excellent prices. The styles were trendy and appealing, making it easy to find something for every occasion.
Overall, it was a great shopping experience with plenty of fashionable choices at reasonable prices. Perfect for refreshing your wardrobe or shopping for the holidays!

I recently had a rather disappointing experience at the Tommy Hilfiger store. I had selected a bag full of items and proceeded to the fitting room. While I understand the policy of only allowing six items into the fitting room at a time, I had more items and planned to try them on in two sessions. However, the extremely unfriendly staff member decided to ridicule me instead of assisting. He insisted that I try on only one T-shirt, claiming they were all the same and that it would be sufficient. When I requested to try on the rest of my items, he outright refused. It's baffling that someone working in a clothing store would have such a limited understanding of color, fit, and fabric variations. Different colors require different considerations! Additionally, there were various cuts and fabrics to consider, which the staff member seemed oblivious to. Someone who believes all T-shirts are identical should reconsider their career choice. Frustrated by the lack of professionalism and understanding, I left everything behind and opted to shop elsewhere.

a little bit disappointed with handling of a customer being right situation... as if i see a posted price on a piece of clothing item, my understanding was the price seen by the customer should be honored, as at the checkout found out the price after the weekend has been changed (in the computer system) but the displayed price somehow was missed, and as i as a customer only see the price being displayed. attempted to purchase the item(s) for the price what i did see and being displayed, BUT at the checkout the manager overwrote the pricing as explaned 'corporate already changed the price in the computer system, but the displayed price not yet reflected this, so unable to honor the price what is showing'. a little bit disappointed with this, as if i walk into a store, i make the purchase what's is offered on the display, not what the internal computer system is registered/updated for. it should be the price what was displayed for the item and not what 'we had not changed yet, as we just opened after the weekend' kind of excuse. if the new price should be showing, that should be ready to be displayed by the time the store open. besides that, the opening is 10am, and i was at the store around 11:20am, so regardless it was time to change or not, again, i can only shop/purchase items what is being displayed on the clothingracks. disappointed with the handling of the situation, as i understand it was missed, but how should have been handled is needs a little refresher reminder... thanks for reading my ventings on this issue, certainly looks like will not be addressed, but needs a little more customer service and appreciation touch up training, specially if the customer usually leave with a 500-1200 purchases at a time.
