I left my person in the dressing room 2 weeks ago. I called the store about 3 hours later and was told they found my purse. And, I should ask for the manager when I come-in. I described my purse; and she acknowledged that was the purse they had. I recognized the voice on the phone as the girl who opened the dressing room for me during my visit. I came-in the next day, the spoke with was folding jeans. I explained why I was there and she said "oh, yes." She has blonde hair with tight curls and is super skinny, and wears pants that are tight for her (like a size 00). She is white I'm sure but speaks black accent. My husband thinks she looks like an in-bred from a trailer park. She directed me to a short, overweight Spanish-Black looking lady. The lady carried herself more like a prison warden than the store manager of a luxury brand clothing store. I explained I was there to pick up my purse. She snapped back "who tol you your bag is here." She spoke with a slight studder, and seemed anxious. I looked to the salesgirl with whom I spoke. The girl then said she had no idea what I was talking about. Long story short, the manager said there was no purse there. She went into a long speel about how she knows the law, that her dad is a judge in her country, and she is in law school. I was confused by how quickly things escalated sideways. The more I tried to redirect the conversation to my missing purse, the angrier she got. She ultimately threatened to call mall security if I didn't stop talking about my purse. That was when we left. My purse itself was an inexpensive bag I bought from Banana Republic about 10 years ago. I had inside a few credit cards, my employee badge and card to the building, a makeup bag, keys, and $100 bill in my wallet. I am very disappointed in the way that matter was handled. I would recommend True Religion better-vet their employees, at the Prime Outlet location in Lutz, Florida.

Do not shop here! Onica the gm would not take the shorts back. Bought them last week as a gift and kept receipt for this reason. Wanted to get the 50% off deal and wasn’t sure they would fit so kept receipt! Employee said just make sure you keep receipt. She’s said I know what all of my employees say and that’s not true what they say! Called us a liar and that they have been worn and washed in which case they hadn’t! Very rude gm with 0 customer service skills! Never have dealt with someone more rude in my life and calling us liars in front of customers! Embarrassing image for a store! Other customers that just walked in walked right back out because they didn’t want to deal with her nastiness! Find a new job!

The manager was very helpful. She was friendly and very sweet. She helped me figure out my right size because I could not remember the sizes. I will be stopping here again when we go back for a visit.

Great customer service each time I've been to the store. Customers can be so rude to retail works with covid restrictions. The staff was super nice in explaining any restrictions they had in the store. Manager Ashley was so nice and friendly. We had great service from Roger who helped my son pick out multiple outfits. Highly recommend! Ask for Roger and Ashley!

Fitting rooms were closed, and really who can buy jeans without trying them on? I let them know I was going to try them on in the bathroom and they said if I wasn't back in 30 min, the store would close for a break and I wouldn't be able to return them?? Piss poor customer service by management

The worst experience my girls and I had in this place with today's manager 10/18/2020 after we made a purchase in this same place we went out to the door and saw that it was raining and my little girl as she suffers from allergies can not get wet and she made us outside after we bought in the same store my girl is frustrated by the treatment that manager gave us, I never go back to that place and don't recommend it this store to any body this is in "True Religion at Tampa Premium Outlets".

Nice true religion. Not a huge clearance for an outlet center but store was kept very organized and to standard.

This place and product is awful. Spent $100on a pair of jeans,in two weeks fell apart. Wouldn't let me exchange bc I lost my receipt, even though I had proof of purchase through my debit statement. First time buying jeans here and never ever will again. Management is awful, no kind of customer service. Faulty products from a faulty store. I should of just went to buckle like I always do, their product are amazing, and buckle has amazing customer service and stands by their product. Just bought 2 more pairs of jeans at buckle today bc I can't wear the stupid flawed outlet true religion jeans. Crap products from crap outlets, with crap policies and employees.

All of the employees were super helpful and kind! The prices are a little high, but the product itself is well worth it. I look foward to returning very soon!!
