Susan is AMAZING! She is incredibly friendly, understanding, and helpful!! She helped me get the best van, full tank of gas, great price and the van was squeaky clean! :) I absolutely recommend renting your uhaul vans/trucks here!

Truck was not clean as it had dirty carpet with animal hair. Which made our rental difficult and required lot of cleaning afterwords. Employee executed poor job. Not going here again.

Worst experience with Uhaul ever!!!!!! Lady that worked there today was extremely rude, argumentative, and lacked any competent customer service skills. Called to say we hadn’t filled our Uhaul up to the exact line. We had filled it up to where it was when we got it. However, we said we’d come back to fill it up more and she continued to complain. I’d like her manager to call me. Thanks!!

I usually don't write bad reviews, but this has to be posted. I walked into the office and greated the guy, behind the counter (Lance)...he didnt respond back, so I said it again and kept on typing on the computer, without knowledging me. I waited, 5 minutes...infront of him...and again ignored me. Another guy, that was in the batroom, came out and said: "How can we help". I explained what I needed and kindly said, we dont have the equipment you need at the moment".There is no excuse, of how busy you are...ignoring customers are just a BIG NO, NO.I will be writing to Uhaul, upper management, this is just unacceptable. Upper management of Uhaul, will be hearing about this.
