This UPS location has repeatedly exceeded my expectations. I am a “frequent shipper” visiting sometimes 3 times in a week. The manager is amazing, whether it’s a shipping, printing, boxing, she knows her stuff. The prices are fair, the service is quick (and always with a smile), and the staff are consistently friendly and professional. I would drive out of my way to use them (and many times have) because I trust the service I will get.

This store is a beyond exceptional! Exceptional customer service! Very efficient personnel, always friendly and smiling! We come to this location in particular because we always feel welcome and we know things will get done right the first time. Returns, shipping, printing! It’s all great!

My 20 month son and I caught the store manger on a bad day I did not get her name but I am a regular customer at this store and my son always comes in and touches the pink popcorn stuffing in the plastic bags. I do discipline him and was about to pick him up but I was giving the QR code to the Individual at the counter to scan my phone when the store manager raised her voice to my son and told him not to touch it. She could have kindly asked me to tell him not to touch it but she took her bad day out on my son. We have been there before and she has never said anything and has laughed and said every kid touches it. As a manager she should know she represents the store and if she is having a bad she shouldn’t have taken it out on her customers especially an innocent child. I will be calling the store owner Kurt he needs to be aware of this.

You might want to publish the days/hours you offer notary services - very inconvenient to walk into your store on a Saturday to be told notary is only here Monday-Friday.

I sent my document via email an hour before i arrived and requested closest to resume paper that they had. When I went in, they didnt have the order ready and were looking for the email. The associate told me that they only had 2 types of paper, regular and cardstock. I asked her to ask someone else, and the other associate told her to use 28lb paper. Then while i was waiting, i was asked to move aside so they could help someone else. The original girl helping me, told the a coworker that they lost internet and that’s why her amazon returns weren’t working. after waiting 5 minutes i look over at her screen and she’s staring at a no-internet page. They didn’t tell me that there was a delay with my prints due to internet, (i didn’t know how far in the process they were or if internet was required) so I was waiting there with no communication and i’d emailed ahead of time. The store was empty when I walked in.
