I love Vera Bradley bags and was happier to learn about their outlet store. It’s absolutely more affordable to purchase a retired pattern at the outlet before it’s discontinued. The Vera Bradley outlet website is a great place to shop too when the site is live; it’s only live several time during the year and does not have wide selection as the outlet store. This store is quite far from me, so I was thrill to recently learn they do orders over the phone. The associate I spoke to over the phone was very professional and pleasant. I was looking for ultralight dual strap tote taht can be use as carry on bag, everyday travel bag or work bag. She went over available colors and pattern they and in the store. So far I have shopped instore once and order over the phone with this store once, both shopping experience was great.

This location was very clean and organized. The staff member who assisted me while I was there was able to recommend a better style bag than I had originally come in for. The prices that Vera Bradley charges at their outlet locations make adding pieces from their various pattern collections affordable, which I appreciate.
