The pharmacist “ rita patel”, REFUSED my early refill for a medication I will have seizures if i stop taking. I tried talking to her about it and let her know my DOCTOR AUTHORIZED an early refill and she kept denying it and saying i filled it early which i’ve already spoken with my doctor about prior to this. She continues to tell me she will get a restraining order against me for “assault”. I asked “how did I assault you?” she replies “over the phone!” I said “How?” she said “With your words!!!!” i said “what did i say?” she said “i don’t know!!!!” so if you don’t know???? and you’re denying my RIGHTFUL prescription that is NEEDED, what’s the restraining order for then? give me an answer walgreens! I’d LOVE to hear feedback!

They constantly are out of medication my 3 year old needs for his seizures. They give us partial amount that only last a few days and then the pharmacy "techs" make it sound like we are abusing his medication because we picked some up a few days earlier. They never have a clue whats going on and never have the medication he needs. My wife called multiple times and the "techs" hung up on her for no reason and are nothing but a hassle. If you have a real medical condition this pharmacy is probably one of the worst I have dealt with and would highly recommend choosing somewher else.

Nowhere does it specify that the order for RX has to be picked up on the RX window and NOT CURBSIDE. I requested curbside and paid ahead of time to save time and it was not ready and was told to move to the RX window and had to wait again behind a car that was getting their script.This curbside "service" should specify that's NOT FOR SCRIPTS. When I get to the RX drive through it was not ready (packaged nor complete), and was going to get charged again. The tech did not know it was paid for ahead of time. Not using this service again.Disorganized, lack of communication.Switching pharmacies too because of other previous issues and this was the last drop to help me switch pharmacies.

I needed some help in the photo department. Barbara Anne helped me she was incredible. Very patient and she walked me through the process of getting an important poster board printed.I’m very thankful for her help.

This pharmacy's service and quality feels actively malicious in their incompetence. Literally the only reason I continue to go here is because my insurance necessitates it.

This may be true of any Walgreens. I don't know cause it's my first encounter. Ordered photo cards for new years almost a month ago. About 2 weeks ago was told they're [1.5hrs away]. Still haven't been delivered. Not sure why it takes this long. Won't be ordering from them again and don't recommend.

One cashier trying to take 10 customers, 3 other employees walking around with no sense of urgency. The policy for multiple transactions needed IDENTIFICATION. Reloadable cards should have a sign and/or any transaction that may need ID. Customer Service was terrible.

Literally go anywhere else. The technician Kelsie tried to tell me I didn’t have insurance and refused to look at my insurance card. Made me call my insurance provider so that they could call the pharmacy and give them the exact same information on the card. And I found this out after trying to pick up my prescription but it wasn’t ready because it was “stored.” No one bothered to call me and verify my insurance information, they just decided not to fill the prescription or do anything at all. Insanely lazy and incompetent.

horrible customer service!! called to see if my script was done 3 times for a total of 1 hour 20 min on hold, was told my ins won't cover so I go in to present my good RX card & was told it would be 20 min or so to adjust my bill, I leave, go eat & come back over an hour later & now they say since my doc was a tele doc based out of another city that they will need to have a call back from the doc to confirm meds. I spend another hour playing phone tag with the doc & then when I return for my script they are suddenly out & won't have any till March 2023 So I got jerked around for an entire day, made 3 trips to walgreens all for a med they HAD to know as they were lying to me & sending me on wild goose chases that they were out of. I will NEVER enter that or any other walgreens again!! Walmart pharmacy has amazing customer service, no lies no BS you just walk in & pick up your script! The 1 star is just so I could post!

This store does not want to keep customers, I have a problem every time I use the pharmacy. Go to the Walgreens on Northdale and N. Dale Mabry.

Pharmacist and staff were more interested is chatting than helping customers. Was on the drive thru line...4 cars behind me. No one that I could see waiting for service at the counter inside. Four employees and the pharmacist standing around laughing and talking while I, and everyone behind me, waited for 17 minutes!! People behind me started honking! Ridiculous.
