My husband left an item behind at the self-checkout. Thanks to Walmart employee, Linda S. who was at the self-checkout the item was pulled aside and I was able to pick it up. Thank you LINDA S. excellent customer service! The day I went to get this item, I also needed assistance in the frozen grocery aisle. I asked Walmart Employee, Angelo B. who was fantastic at helping me find an item that was not in stock but he looked up when it should be back on the shelf. Thank you Linda S. and Angelo B. for making my experience at Walmart awesome today! JMsh

Walmart Super Center, 1575 Land O' Lakes Blvd, Lutz, FL 33549Very negative experience today at the Customer Service counter. Venus, the associate "helping me", later alleging to be the supervisor, definitely needs a additional (or beginners) training in how to interact positively with customers. In addition, what she was telling me was incorrect. I had to involve a third party to get Walmart to refund me.Further validating why Amazon is so amazing!Sadly, Walmart (being Walmart) really doesn't care about little ole' me. Left feeling like I really didn't matter...

If I could give them less I would.. I went for interfacing in the craft department.. I waited over 45 mins, asked twice for someone to call for assistance to cut it.. After 45 mins, I cut it myself. Took the pieces I cut, along with the bolts I cut them from. Went to customer service.. They called the same person. Jowellen.. whoever that is.. Again nothing.. At this point I tried checking out at a register with my cuts and bolts.. Again she told me they had to call Jowellen.. I said no thank you.. left and will never ever go back.. I should have known better than to try Walmart.. What the heck ever happened to good old customer service.. I owned a business and if I treated my customers this way. I would have gone out of business.. never again will I step foot in this Walmart..

Always out of motorized carts. They have 6. The Publix near me has 6 & this Walmart is 3 or 4 times as large as the Publix. Please get more carts, Walmart!

Wow! This Walmart (Lutz location) has undergone a full renovation. Even the bushes have been trimmed, new mulch, floors have been cleaned, and everything has been rearranged. The new layout feels much more spacious and clean. Everything seems so clean and tidy! Very organized. All new signage that appropriately lines up with what's in that aisle or section. I'm still figuring out this new layout and it took me forever to find toothpaste, lol, but it's so much cleaner and roomier than it was before. Tons of parking available outside. Many more Grocery Pick-Up parking spaces available. Separate liquor store available. They even have a "dollar section" which reminds me of a local competitor down the road. They have a quick grab and go section of drinks and snacks, candy, chips. Pretty cool! Still super busy but also still cheaper than other stores.

This used to be a good Walmart. Now it is impossible to find a scooter when you need one. I asked 4 people to help me today & only one nice young man helped me named Jimmel. He was so kind, I really appreciated his help. The shelves are very empty. The store is pretty sloppy. Customer service is absolutely the worst. It's still better than the Gunn Highway location. I will never go back to that one

Said they won't price match Target, when everything I've read said they do. Bet they say they don't because they don't want to deal with it. How lovely.

This review is for the older woman in glasses at the Walmart gas station. You're a b***** I was getting my car serviced at Tires plus next door. I walked over to Walmart to grab some things in store, then walked over to the gas station for a drink and snacks. My hands were full so instead of putting a beef jerky in my pocket I put it in my bag until I got to the register. I was looking at the sandwiches and she comes over and stands behind me. I felt her looking at me but I didn't respond. I managed to grab a sandwich with my fingers and made my way to the register and boom- she came back over and stood next to the cashier looking at me. I grabbed the jerky from my bag along with everything else in my hands Paid and left. She just kept staring me down. I know this woman thought I was stealing. Not to be full of myself but I dress nice, have an Apple Watch on my wrist, AirPod pros in my ears, and iPhone in my pocket and an American Express card in my wallet. I'm a nurse at a urology office. I have no want or need to steel a stick of jerky. She could have come up to me and asked about the jerky. I would have explained myself. But instead she wanted to be slick and just stand by me all creepy like trying to be some Walmart super hero like she was gonna bust me or something. I didn't appreciate the treatment.

Yesterday was the last straw! I ordered my groceries that I have been doing for years and the person that brought my groceries out did not have a mask on during this horrible pandemic especially in FLORIDA! The other people did have a mask but he did not!!!!! I had just gone to the pulmonologist a day before and he said he deals with this virus daily and not to take any chances even if you are vaccinated and especially wear your mask! I tried to call the store and as usual no answer and if you get through there is Never A manager to talk to! I am at my witts end with what I have to put up with this store and am finally going somewhere else!!!!!!! It is not worth your sanity to try to save money! You can get items probably even cheaper at Aldi!!

Thomas in the electronic department was absolutely phenomenal! His customer service skills and general knowledge about electronics was super helpful in deciding everything I needed today. Walked in looking to spend maybe $15, left spending over $300 and HAPPY about it!

1. this store is not open 24/7...false 2. there is never anyone in the "jewelry" section 3. had to wait 30 minutes once for cologne 4. was told once the jewelry section was closed because no one had a key 5. asked for a manager once, then waited 20 minutes, and he never showed 6. their stock is garbage, there is no variety 7. customer service sucks 8. without a doubt the worst store i've ever been to 9. if i was a shopper...failed 10. i've been to this store 6 times and will never go back 11. i'd rather pay double at target than ever deal with the "employees" in that store 12. $15 an hour, that's what they want??? 13. no one works, every time i asked for assistance they were to busy texting 14. i only gave it one star because you have to

I am a regular Walmart grocery shopper and always opt for the curbside pick up option. I have had a few experiences in the past with long waits and not being able to get in touch with their dedicated phone number for pick up. Today I checked in on my way (per usual) so they can get my order ready and make this a smoother process but I sat for over 30min waiting on my order before I called the pickup number to see what the hold up was. (I arrived with a full lot and was now the only car still waiting) After a few calls going to voicemail I finally got in touch with someone who said my order accidentally was given to someone else who left and now I have to wait for that person to return with my order! No one was going to call and tell me what was going on?! They do not give any discount codes for extra long waits either! (I've asked in the past when I had to wait over an hour) At this point I might as well go inside and spend the same amount of time grocery shopping myself! This is ridiculous!

The pickup area is a joke. The people that work it are super nice but have to deal with alot of unhappy customer's. Weekday's the pickup area is smooth and the orders are on time. Weekend's is a totally different story. Orders are ALWAYS behind, not enough employee's, and not enough spots due to customer's park there and go shopping inside. Might want to take some pointers on how the Walmart on Bruce B Downs take care of their pickup area. Wayyyyyyyyy better
