Wouldn't let me get gas because I didn't work there. Some older woman said she was in charge and sent me to 711, which was out of gas, just like me.

They shut the pumps down early to their customers, but left them open for employees only. We were thrown out of line after waiting our turn and making it to the pump, because we weren't employees. It might have been nice to let us know earlier as we were almost out of gas when it happened.

Found out this place has gas a day prior to Hurricane Milton's arrival. They were so well organized. They had Allied Security there that guided all cars to enter one way. They had others positioned to guide your car at which pump, depending on what side your gas cap was one. The cars were well lined up out on Dale Mabry but it went pretty quick considering. Hands Down to this location and service.

They do not take Tap Pay. Very inconvenient for someone in need of gas and misplaced their cars.

I just came in to stop in for a moment because I made a mistake and ordered in-store pick up, but I stopped at the Walmart gas station on the way out. Tobey was great. He was very helpful and had a great spirit. He really needs a raise.

Toby, the manager, deserves 6 stars for how he runs this place! My insurance transportation had left me stranded in his parking lot - seeing a "damsel in distress" he sent one of his staff to check on me. She wasn't confrontational. When the insurance was trying to come get me, he talked to them over the phone. I waited in his store for 5 hours! Not once was he or his staff rude to me! When it was time for the Lyft car ? to come get me, she went to the Walmart store, not the gas station. Once we cleared that up she came and got me at the gas ⛽️ station. He waited for her to make sure she was on her way! This man has trained his staff to go above and beyond for his customers, and leads by example! He needs to be $ewarded accordingly! I would suggest promoted, but that would mean him leaving the Lutz area! ??????????✨️

My husband left an item behind at the self-checkout. Thanks to Walmart employee, Linda S. who was at the self-checkout the item was pulled aside and I was able to pick it up. Thank you LINDA S. excellent customer service! The day I went to get this item, I also needed assistance in the frozen grocery aisle. I asked Walmart Employee, Angelo B. who was fantastic at helping me find an item that was not in stock but he looked up when it should be back on the shelf. Thank you Linda S. and Angelo B. for making my experience at Walmart awesome today! JMsh

Always seem to have an issue with there registers on the chip reader. Poor customer service today, where I was ignored by the cashier today on 6/10.. called corporate and wrote an email.
