While picking up the van was great, we had an employee come out ans assist us and answer questions. Returning the van was not great as I had to take pictures and system was very slow and unresponsive uploading pictures. The girl that appeared on the screen did not seem very interested in helping and seemed to be a little sarcastic. I don't know that I will rent from this location again.

I had a great experience with Midgard Self Storage. I only needed a unit for a short time, and they were very accommodating to my needs. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made the whole process easy. Pricing was fair, and the facility was clean and secure. Highly recommend!
