Horrible. Literally switching to cvs because of this location. Been going here for 2 and half years and always something messing up my prescription and now they tell me it's not right that I come to Wesley chapel store because my address (that is 5 min away from this location) is not Wesley chapel but Tampa. Lot of different ways to have handled this and they chose to be rude and I am done putting up with it! Store might be fine but pharmacy is a joke so if you need a place to regularly get prescriptions look elsewhere!

Everyone is super friendly and almost always have a smile on the face. Not to mention it's nice walking in and many of the employees remember me by name.

The fed ex department is fucking incompetent! I've been here twice to ship a package and both times I've left without being helped because they are unable to do their jobs! They couldn't even scan a simple barcode to print out a label, and then they told me I couldn't email it because they only have photo paper and the drivers can't scan it, like that's my fucking problem. What a bunch of assholes!!

This is the best walgreens pharmacy to go to I moved from collier after they lost 1 of my scripts and after waiting in the drive through for over a half hour just to drop it off no less.The people here are so friendly and the pharmacist Sara is so knowledgeable and caring she has been an angel to me going so above and beyond for me so many times between answering all my questions and even helping me get better prices on my heart meds not many people care and I am so grateful and happy to have found her and this pharmacy and even though I am moving to Zephyrhills I will still be keeping her and this as my pharmacy since good people are so hard to find.

Their pharmacy really needs help. I have come here multiple times because it's the closest to our home but I will now be driving further to another location instead because the quality of service. They're incredibly slow and unhelpful. Most recent example: There was one car in the pharmacy line so I thought to myself "wow, this is going to be quick," and pulled in. After sitting behind the ONE car for 12 minutes (no exaggeration) I called into the pharmacy to ask if the drive through window was open and that the car had been sitting there for 10 minutes. During the 12 minutes there was no interaction between the pharmacy or the car waiting. I told this to the pharmacy tech and they said the person was there for a COVID test. I then asked if they were waiting on the results because I have now done 6 rapid tests here over a year time period and it never takes 12 minutes to conduct a test. The pharmacy tech then asked the person working the window if they were almost done. A couple minutes later they finally opened the drive thru window and took the tests back from the people in the car.
