“I’ve been a loyal customer of Willow Bend Automotive for over 10 years, but recent experiences have left me extremely disappointed. The quality of service has significantly declined. I’ve had to return multiple times for the same issue, resulting in extra expenses that shouldn’t have been necessary if the initial job was done correctly.To make matters worse, the manager’s knowledge and communication seem unreliable. There were instances when he attempted to charge us for services we had recently completed with them. This inconsistency in service and communication has eroded our trust in this establishment.It’s disheartening to say that, although we used to recommend Willow Bend Automotive to friends, we can no longer do so. The quality and reliability of service that kept us coming back for a decade is no longer present. We hope this feedback leads to improvements, but for now, we cannot trust or return to a place that has served us so well in the past but has lost its way.”

Had some work done on my car October 2023 they were very busy and booked up for the next three days but they still manage to squeeze me in and I was in and out of there in about 10 minutes they are very fast I highly recommend them and they are a lot cheaper than a lot of people in that areaService: Battery

We went there for a second opinion and was not disappointed. They were so friendly and helpful. Called a day or so after to see if the car was doing good. They went above and beyond and definitely will be changing my business to them in the future.Service: Transmission repair

I am writing to comment on my recent service at Willow Bend, who I have used for several years to service my vehicles.I was experiencing an issues with my A/C system regarding intermittent cooling, which in the peak of Florida Summer, was seen as a high priority issue to resolve.As always, Linda was able to quickly schedule a appt that afternoon, and I was able to discuss the symptoms with her and she relayed the details to her Team. The next morning I received a call from their (awesome) service manager - Rodrigo - who went through the diagnosis and walked me though my repair options - Honda Parts vs OEM Parts, etc. The repair was extensive, and Rodrigo was able to source and have the parts delivers that day. While the parts were being delivered, the vehicle was being prepared, so when they were received, they would be ready for immediate install. The vehicle was ready for pickup the next morning - a nearly 24 hour turn around!! I was really impressed.The service was remarkable and the cost was fair!Overall we were very impressed the the communication, the transparency in pricing, and the commitment to customer satisfaction.Linda, Donnie, and Rodrigo are great to work with, and Willow Bend will continue to be our service partner in the future.Highly recommend!!Service: A/C installation & repair

I am so impressed and happy with the service at Willow Bend! I have a newer Mercedes, and needed an oil change and just a checkup. I called someone else to get an idea of what a 50k checkup included & was told (in part) new spark plugs. When I called Willow Bend for an appointment for just an oil change I mentioned the spark plugs - they told me they don't need to be replaced until 90k. They did a thorough check on the SUV & told me everything was in great shape (including the air & cabin filters)! They will be my mechanic for anything I need done. I would recommend them for any automotive need

Most honest and trustworthy place to take your vehicles! Joe is an incredible mechanic who is fast and his knowledge shows. The service advisor Jason is very helpful and knows what he's talking about. This place is the best around, they don't pull you around or try to get you to replace things you don't need and truly care about their customers as well as tell you everything that's wrong and what you should replace to have your vehicle running safely and in tip top shape to make it last as long as possible. They are just amazing. Thanks Joe and Jason for being the best!

Update: Your reply shows how inconsiderate of other peoples situations and you cant read or listen. Same for Linda. sure is a shame you have to lie. If youd read and talk to your girl Linda. I called on 2 seperate occasions to CONFIRM the appointment and if the part would get there. I NEVER received a confirmation call. But she doesnt listen. Thats what i was asking for. So how could an appointment be blown off if you never confirmed it with me? Please rethink how it went. Dont offer email contact if that frustrates you and save your sarcasm. Lastly, your comment about going with the cheapest option is quite insensitive. You have no i dea what people have going on. As a previous retail and pharmacy mnaager, take a second before responding to people, you might come across a little better . Not good business owner qualities. Good luck to your lovely business!I was really excited to find a good, reliable mechanic that i could go to permanently. Only positive is great price on an oil change and they let you bring parts in. But after that terrible service. I specifically asked for them to look into why my tire is leaking air, that means inform me what the reason is before doing what you want. I wanted a diagnosis on it. The mechanic decides to put 3 tire plugs into 1 tire due to nails. Of course with common sense that tire is shot even if you plug it. They decided to plug it with out telling me. If they told me i wouldve bought a new tire. Instead ive now paid $75 for my tire to go completely flat the next day. Thanks. Lastly they diagnosed my car needed a part from BMW. I called them Wednesday when my car was acting up to see when this job could be taken care of that they diagnosed. The front desk lady Linda, that needs a day off, because she doesnt want to take 1 second to listen to the entire story of whats going on. Yet she is the one that relays all info to the mechanic. So how can you properly diagnose something when your short with people. Sorry i went off topic, shes just part of the negative experience. She then says she will call me back to enure the part will be there. I wait till the end of the day, keep in mind i called at 10am. So they had all day to make a 10 min call to bmw to check on the part and to call me back. I know how it works. So i decide ill call the next morning because hey they might have been busy, im sure they will take care of me. I call the next day, she sounds like she almost forgot about it when i called at 830am. She said shed have the mechanic call just like she said yesterday. Im sorry but get the part number and call yourself, your an office person that sits at a desk with a phone. It does not take the mechanic to call, i have called before. I even explained im an Uber driver and need this done asap. She of course didnt sound sympathetic because you can feel that she wants you in and out. So friday ends with no call. I was polite the entire time when i waited 4 hours when they diagnosed it and wasted my money on tire plugs. Im not sure if they treat people different that have bmws or what. But just politely tell me you dont work on bmws and lets move on. Very sad experience and will never go again along with informing others of the poor service.

My car stalled out multiple time and was accelerating when in park. Willow bend automotive called and told me my filter was dirty and once they cleaned that the problem went away however they found Multiple issues. Over 1500 dollars to fix it was a lot but we have to have a reliable vehicle. Fast forward to the day after we got the vehicle fixed we noticed it was missing a little when we slowed down or in park. A couple weeks later the car stopped while behind another vehicle on a busy road. The thing I brought it in for was NEVER fixed. So now more than 500.00 more they want to fix something that was supposed to be fixed. Unbelievable. Yesterday I asked the mechanic if it would cost me something he said no and today they called back and told me a different story. I went by good reviews. Never again. I feel scammed.Edit: Called back and talked to owner and he asked me multiple times if I wanted him to fix it. bThen told me it was already fixed. They never checked with me and he lied acting like it had not been fixed yet. You have been warned. What is a diagnostic test for if they don't fix the original problem.
