This store doesn't have the crowds that the big box stores have, which is a good thing. Hometown service from your neighbors. Always friendly and helpful and excellent customer service.

Refilled two propane tanks today. William jumped right in to help us out with the refill. He was one of the most respectful, high-energy young gentlemen that I met in a while. And he was very competent with the propane process. I look forward to the next refill and hope William is there to help!

I went into the Lynn haven store looking for a part for my travel trailer. I knew I would probably need to go to the camping store to get it but ace is so much closer I figured I'd give it a try. I walked in was greeted by chacr. a very nice and polite young man he ask if he could help me I told him dilemma.he walked me over to the the exact part I was looking for. Thanks again chace.

I HAD a squirrel eating ALL the bird seed. Chris was very helpful & suggested a bird seed with hot chillies. Birds love it! It's HOT so squirrels DO NOT LIKE IT!

Did not warranty product that had lifetime warranty made me buy another 150$ product that broke in 30 days did not allow me to return that either said they can’t find my account despite my rewards membership and denied my refund do not go here lazy staff bad management terrible location.
