These people are just amazing.To the entire staff I appreciate the time and care on every visit.They put all other chain pharmacies who treat you like a number to shame I am a customer for life.

Adams Pharmacy in Lynn Haven SUCKS!!!! I took a prescription there to get filled, the didn’t have the med, but instead of telling me that they just kept saying it wasn’t ready yet. I had to get my doctor to call to find out the truth. Then when I went back to get my physical prescription so I could take it somewhere else to get filled, they tried to tell me I never gave them one. After explaining to them that this certain prescription cannot be called in and a little cussing they decided I was right and gave me my prescription back. I do NOT recommend this place.

I'm trying to find a more suitable pharmacy. Cvs customer service is awful!Been thinking about Adam's because local small business and only few blocks away.does anyone else like them?

So.. Sweet & Polite! They really do care about the Customers. This is so important because, most people that come in here are most likely already not feeling well & appreciate the kindness. Plus! I would rather spend my money in "God" loving Businesses!!!!

Adams Pharmacy is a hometown pharmacy that genuinely care about their customers. I've been a customer for over 10 years and have never not been treated with respect. They take time to explain the medication, possible side effects, dosage, and answer any questions you might have. You can expect the Adams family and staff to be friendly, professional, and prompt. Absolutely recommend!

Between myself and my husband, we get a plethora of prescriptions filled monthly. I am almost there weekly to pick up. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful (young people), but there is a woman there that is consistently rude.I choose to go to Adams over the big chains for several reasons, one being that I get a compounded prescription, another reason is that I take a medication that is constantly on backorder at the big chains, and several of the medications are controlled and the big chains are becoming more difficult with controlled medications.They do not have auto refill, wish they did.Sometimes they say they don't have a prescription in their system and then I find out it was sitting in a queue in their system. I can't tell you how often I have caught them in this situation.Another issue I have is that I have multiple prescriptions to be filled at once and I go to pick them up and get all the way home and realize that one of them is missing for one reason or the other.Now what I actually have a serious problem with is the "Fee's" they charge very sporadically for prescriptions. Some months I have no fee on a specific medication, some months it's $10, $20, ect. I have several medications that my insurance covers completely with a zero co-pay, yet they tack on that extra fee charge.... They are "in-network" on my insurance plan, yet they say that they charge the fees because the insurance doesn't pay them enough. They signed a contract with the insurance company, therefore they should abide by the contract that they signed. I have kept everything for over a year and kept detailed records. I have a sneaky suspicion they will either stop charging the fees soon, or stop taking my insurance. I guess time will tell.

There's almost nothing you need that they don't carry. The staff is very helpful and courteous.

Charged me a fee because my insurance in which they accept/contracted with changed the amount they pay them for my prescription and so they are charging the $10 fee to make up the difference so they dont lose money!!!!!! Plus the tech was very rude in the beginning and acted like she was better than me.

Very rude!!! Never have I ever been treated so badly by a person. Was basically told they didn't want my business and to go to another pharmacy.

Always arguing between family and staff. Never had a good experience although a family member loves them, never have I been inside that I enjoyed their services or the Atmosphere
