Really could use a lane for express checkout 10 to 15 items or less. Very long lines sometimes and I only have a handful of things. But they try to move fast. Prices are great for what they have.

I like Aldis as their prices can be cheaper than what you find at the local supermarket chains. My favorite part is the foreign/German foods that are seasonal but they don't stay long enough. The fruit and veg often don't look as fresh as you would find at Publix, etc but it does have some good choice.Cheese selection is good.

Love this place. So glad that we finally got one in Lynn Haven/Callaway. Price comparisons with Walmart and Sam's, Aldi's comes out cheaper most of the time. We have started getting almost everything from here we need for the week. The quality of the products are awesome as well. The only thing I wish is that the Lynn Haven Aldi's had self checkout, otherwise love both places.

Enjoyed shopping at Aldi for lots of basics. Prices were good for the variety of things I chose. I'm not impressed with the beef selection or the frozen veggies. You do have to pay attention to what you buy.

I was incredibly unimpressed by this store. The prices are no better than the Wal-Mart across the street but the selection of products offered is pathetic. This store is a waste of time compared to the other grocery stores in the area.

First time I’ve ever been to Aldi. The first bad sign was that they charge you to use a cart! Are you kidding me? But we paid the fee and went inside. The prices are no better than Walmart across the street, except Walmart has a much larger selection of things. The couple of items we were going to buy we got to the checkout, there was one line open and 15 people in line!! We left the cart there and walked out and will never be back

I was so excited when I saw they were building this store because I grew up going to Aldi in my hometown. Aldi is a staple in my life! Can’t beat the prices or quality. It can seem daunting at first if you’re not familiar with how they run things. Pro tip, if you don’t have a quarter you can ask an employee up front if you can borrow one to use a cart?

I love Aldi. I think I have some of the great this prices with the best quality. The store is clean and has everything that I need. Mostly off-brand stuff but a lot of the stuff I buy I don't really care about the brand. I've actually grown to like a lot of Aldi's brands. I love how they always have new stuff. The employees are always friendly and the cashier is always fast. Just be careful because sometimes the meat will be marked down and they are scanning so fast they don't see that it's marked down. I live in Panama City Beach and I drive all the way here. I wish they would open a location on the beach. I definitely recommend this store.

Horrible customer service. I've tried several times to do business with the 'new' grocery store. Brand new store is ABSENT of customer service. This store treats customers as an annoyance. Shoppers deserve much better. Keep your 'new' store. I'm going to Publix.

I shop here every week. You have to take your own shopping bags with you. Sometimes I find a nice empty box inside. I make sure that I have a quarter in my truck so that I can get a shopping cart . They are set up where you have to deposit a quarter into the cart in order to unchain from the one behind it. It works, no carts in the parking lot . They have a lot of great deals on vegetables and fruit. Different every week. I always buy their sourdough bread. I like most of their cheese, sour cream, yogurt prices. Their sausage is always around $2.29. Milk is reasonable. And they have ice cream that is $2.49 a container. Quality is great too. I like some of the canned goods too

ABSOLUTELY the worst customer service I have exsperienced in any grocery store. After several visits, I'll never go back again. Brand new store... ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. People deserve better.

I've been an Aldi fan for a while and was excited when I heard about the Lynn Haven store coming. I have not been disappointed. It is not meant to be a full scale grocery store for those who are saying that it doesn't carry certain items. Also certain items are seasonal or are rotated through. The staff at this location are friendly and quick to help with any questions you have.Update 5-15-2023 I remain pleasantly excited with this Aldi location, the staff are always happy and helpful, I find different items to try each trip along with my usual picks (milk, oj, peanut butter, creamer, etc...) and the prices remain lower than other stores brands such as Great Value but are better quality in my opinion. The Aldi finds are fun to look through each trip and change weekly. This week alone I found pink flamingo Mason jar type drinking sippers for my sister and an acacia centerpiece bowl for a birthday coming up at great prices.I hope Aldi will continue to expand in the Panhandle so more people can discover them.

Not Buying the special or novelty of the store. 1 person cleaning the bathroom rooms and running the register at the same time. Shut down the bathroom 15 minutes prior to closing so the patrons inside have no where to go if they need to. I guess you do not cater to an elderly crowd. Do not see much of a reason to return.

I went Aldi for specific items, items I would have found in any other grocery store I shop. This was my first time shopping at Aldi and I was not impressed. The store is wheelchair accessible with very few handicap parking spots. Be prepared there are no carry baskets and the use of a cart will cost a quarter. Returning the cart will get you the quarter back but if you have mobility issues shopping then using a cart will likely cost you a quarter. Aldi is more of a specialty store with many things from companies you might not know. Shelves are disorganized with many things mixed together. What they do have is the basics. Of the things I wanted was extra sharp cheddar cheese. They didn't have any extra sharp cheddar but they did have many specialty cheeses. I'm not sure I will make Aldi part of my regular shopping as I need some assurance I will find what I shop for.
