Sarah! Oh my, I could say the most amazing things about the woman! She is the most awesome, friendly, & Caring person I have ever dealt with at a DMV in my entire life!! She helped me there with a personal issue that I had. I will not go to any other place, but there!Thank you so, so, so much again, Sarah! You are the most Wonderful person ever!

I lived in Birmingham, Al all my life and have had many visits to the Department of Motor Vehicles/Tax Collectors Office. I have lived in Lynn Haven, Fl for 7 years and have also had to visit the Tax Collectors office several times. It has been an excellent experience every time I have had to go there. I had to visit there twice today! It is so organized and the people that work there are so friendly and helpful. I really like that they have a customer service person to talk to that can send you in the right direction. Also, you can book an appointment online so you are not waiting forever to get help. I can tell you all of this does not happen where I lived in Birmingham! Lastly, there is no getting in the wrong “line” because all the employees are cross-trained to be able to handle all your needs at one station. Great job!

As others have said, they do not honor appointments. Arrived & checked in 6 mins before my appointment. Several people were called within the first 20 mins I was waiting. When I asked the rep at guest services if she could tell me how much longer it would be, she seemed very irritated that I’d asked. She responded I’d be called shortly. Other people were again called, and it took another 20 mins to finally get helped. The rep that assisted me was helpful & quick.

Made online appointment for CWP, still had to wait 45 min. Place was not that busy and there were plenty of clerks to help everyone. Apparently “Appointment” means first come first serve for a given service.

Lauren and Jessica are awesome!!! I had multiple titles and registration I needed swapped over with custom plates. These two took care of it all. I've been in a ton of DMVs over the years and it's always a ruff experience. Being new to Panama City and having worked with these two I knew I made the right choice moving to Panama City. Thanks Lauren and Jessica!!!

Everytime I go in to this location, the woman sitting at the front desk that greets everyone, always makes my day so much better. She is always so happy and friendly and seems to genuinely care. Thanks

Renewing my driver's license was a pleasure at this facility. My appointment was for 9 a.m. I arrived at 8:40 which was too early to check in at the kiosk. The receptionist graciously checked me in. After waiting no more that 5 minutes, my number was called. The gentleman helping me was courteous and friendly. Everything went smoothly and I was finished by 9:05. Everyone I encountered made me feel welcome.I've lived in South Dakota and Illinois and this facility is by far the most efficient and pleasant place.

Horrible. I made an appointment online and then they’re not honoring it. I had an appointment ID number and the lady said that they don’t go by appointment ID numbers… so if making an appointment online doesn’t hold any water then they need to explain that. Simply horrible, stay away.

We moved to the area recently and needed to get our Florida licenses and a few other things taken care of. This place does it all and they were absolutely the friendliest, most expedient, and super helpful encounter I’ve ever had at a DMV. I can’t believe what a pleasant experience it was and would highly recommend!
