I LOVE working out at this gym! The coaches are knowledgeable and invested to help us reach our goals and stay injury free. The workouts are able to be modified for new athletes but also challenging for the most experienced. The other folks that work out here are a lot of fun! I am always looking forward to the next time I get to go!

I recently started working out with ACR about 2 months ago. I had never tried crossfit before but from the very first class everyone has been super inviting and they make it feel like home! Very welcoming gym to athletes of all abilities and all the coaches are awesome!

I started working out at ACR over a year ago after my 17 year old daughter asked me if I wanted to try CrossFit with her. I wanted to try ever since we moved here, but was always a little hesitant because I am already in my mid 40's and never done CrossFit or any kind of weightlifting in my life and have not work out in any form for 4 years.After our first work out I was hooked. The coaches are all amazing and so knowledgeable. Even if you can't do a certain exercises they always have modifications for anybody. I realized real quick that anybody can do CrossFit it doesn't matter how old you are or how fit you are.After doing CrossFit now for over a year I can say that my lower back problems and neck problems I had for years are gone. My overall health, my posture, daily energy level and cardio fitness has improved so much.ACR became not only my gym I love to go and work out, it became my family you get to go and hang out with almost every day.

After months of encouragement from my husband I finally decided to try out this “CrossFit” thing. I’ve been out of shape and not very active so I knew for sure I wouldn’t fit in or enjoy it. To my absolute surprise and joy I was completely wrong. I fell in love with this gym immediately. The members and coaches were so friendly and so encouraging. I’m not the strongest physically and I’m likely the weakest right now but no one makes me feel that way. The workouts are fun and modified for anyones abilities and needs. The members are cheering you on every step of the way. The coaches love to motivate and encourage you every time you step in the gym. I’ve met some amazing people and made lasting friendships here. I’m so much stronger and healthier than I was five months ago when I started. In fact, today I went hiking in the mountains and carried my two year old through snow, ice and mud for four miles. My husband asked me if I could have done that five months ago before I started ACR. I replied absolutely not. So thankful and grateful for this gym and all that it’s done to improve my physical and mental health. I would recommend this gym to anyone and everyone, no matter their physical status or limitations. This place is more than a gym, it’s a family.

Amazing coaches who treat you like Family because being apart of this gym is like having a second Family. I never felt judge for being overweight while working out at ACR only accepted! 50lbs down 50lbs more to go!

Love this place. Coaches can cater class to give both the beginner to experienced a good workout. What I really like is they work hard to keep everyone working out in right form and motion, which is important for newbe like myself

I go to as many classes I can. Everyone is so friendly and encouraging. The coaches are very knowledgeable and guide you through excellent workouts that are adapted to all skill levels. I tell others about my experiences at ACR athletics all the time in my efforts to get more people involved with CrossFit.

I joined ACR as a total CrossFit newbie last summer. A good friend and former classmate of mine introduced me. I was definitely a little hesitant at first. Compared to most of the other guys there, I am older, skinny, and weak. However, I have felt nothing but welcome since I first stepped foot into that gym. The coaches take the time to teach you the fundamental movements and help guide you the get the best workout suited for you. The amount of encouragement I feel I receive (and that goes around) at every single class session, whether from a fellow athlete or a coach is really unlike any other setting I have been apart of. Some of the best friends I have in my life right now are from ACR. I can also personally attest that my performance in certain other areas (weight lifting, biking, running, etc) has improved since joining ACR. Whether you’re new to CrossFit, new to the area, or just looking for something different, ACR is definitely worth checking out.

I'm always anxious doing new things, and Crossfit can feel intimidating. The coaches at ACR not only explain everything before every class, but they are always willing to take the time to help me modify moves or help me try something new. The people are encouraging and fun to be around. They are the first people I've really gotten to know since we moved here, and I looked forward to working out with them every week!

If you're wanting a place to workout alone, where nobody bothers you, and you get to skip leg day, this is not that gym!ACR Athletics is so so much more than a gym, it's a community of people who all commiserate together through tough workouts and challenge each other to do better. The people are friendly, the gym is clean, the coaches are knowledgeable and experienced, and the atmosphere is welcoming. The doors are open to everyone and there is a class for everything! All the workouts can be tailored to each individuals needs and the staff are great at adapting, scaling, and offering alternate movements as needed. The coaches and members offer both accountability and motivation, and no two workouts are the same.....but don't just take my word for it, come check it out for yourself!!!

Probably the best gym I’ve been to!! I moved here in October and was searching for a good CrossFit gym. The truth is in the name: accountability, community, results. For me, it’s super important to have a strong support system. They have a strong “Come As You Are” policy; no matter where you are at in your fitness journey- they help you in every way possible to help you become the best you! ?

Absolutely wonderful place for fitness, friendship, and a sense of community! My wife and I have been members of this gym for a couple years now and have made some amazing friendships, along with getting in the best shape we’ve ever been in. Coaches genuinely care about your goals and help you achieve them within the limits of your own body. Don’t be intimidated by things you hear or see about CrossFit, coaches scale everything to keep you safe and push you to levels you didn’t know possible. Highly recommend at least coming in to check things out, you won’t be disappointed.

Best gym in town. Great structure, learn at your own pace. Friendly staff, especially the head coach. She's the best of all time...all time!!! She's the Rocky Balboa of coaches. Only 1-4, not 5 because that one was terrible
