The store manager and her staff are always so helpful and positive every time I come in! I prefer going to this CVS the most and there are quite a few to choose from in my area. I didn't want their hard work and efforts to go unnoticed.

Really bad experience, if I could give them -0 stars I would , the pharmacist they're really rude, the act like your dumb and even the doctor, they completely don't care about customer service at all, really bad, the doctor told me "are you back again? On a rude way, that's so unprofessional, don't go to this location

There's always a problem here. Overcharging, wait time, attitude, miscommunication, etc. I've never had an easy time here. Not one. The only reason my prescriptions are here is because winn dixie (for some reason) sent it to cvs when they closed.

This pharmacy is a sorry excuse for a public establishment. The staff is extremely unprofessional and rude. The customer service is awful. I’ve been more than here five times, and the experience keeps getting worse. Won’t be back.

I have been a CVS customer for over a decade. Their service has decreased dramatically! They won't notify you when there's a problem with a prescription being filled! When calling the pharmacy, good luck speaking to someone!There's no way to give a negative rating or I would give it!!

Whent to pharmacy to get prescription just after leaving dentist on an emergency. Pharmacist told me come back in an hr. I couldn't wait an hr because I was in major pain and needed to get back to work so he handed me my prescription back and shrugged his shoulders as if to say to bad. Very rude pharmacist won't go back

I will never go to this place again , the dude that works there is so lazy and careless and incompetent I am surprised he is still working there , I just wanted my prescription transferred it took him 2 days to even start the process , please avoid this location if you need your medication quickly don't go there it will take them days to fill your prescription

The slowest and rudest pharmacy in town. The have sucked in several different occasions now. Go somewhere else. Edit...10-9-23 this place is horrible. It's where my insurance company seems me. Never again. I'll pay full price first. Can't get anything done here without having wait 2 days. And then, they don't even start to fill meds until you get there. Please, close this place. Or get someone else to run it. It won't let me give less stars.

If I could give negative numbers that would be preferredPrescriptions are never done quicklyThe customer service is the most abhorrent I have ever encountered. The store manger better catch a clue. If not then, the regional manager better make some drastic changesYou will be loosing a ton of clients. It is not the most convenient place to get into anymore anyway. Take a step back and reassess your staff. They are poorly trained and managed.

Their computer system said come get your prescription so I did. When I get there the lady’s says “it isn’t ready I’ll expedite come back in an hour”. A little over an hour later after sitting there the man says come back tomorrow. I would have been happy to spare myself the trip and the wait if they were simply honest and told me they are not up to their jobs. After one hundred one or no star ratio it’s pretty obvious they don’t care what their customers think.
