Viren from the 23rd street store went out of his way to ensure I had top of the line service. Both my husband and I had bad experiences at the shop on Ohio Avenue near Popeyes Chicken on a previous visit. We were left to feel that we were inconvenientcingt them. We normally use the shop on 77 near Haney. My car takes a special oil and they were out so I went to the 23rd street store which was also out. They recommended I go to the store near Popeyes and I shared that I was not comfortable there and Viren agreed to meet me there and he did. I got great service.

I have used them for years, but at my last visit the evidence shows THEY RUINED MY ENGINE in my 2017 Hyundai Ionic by their neglect during a simple oil change and now refuse to take responsibility for their lack of putting oil in my vehicle. On rating Grease Pro by a 1 to 5 star rating, I give them a resounding 0 (if Google had a zero rating!). Consider this, what do people do a lot of times when they have done wrong and don’t want to take responsibility for it? They blame someone or something else to avoid the real issue – their wrong. That’s exactly what Grease Pro is doing. First, they blamed the mileage that I drove before the problem resulted to excuse their actions, but the car is a hybrid so not all miles were gas engine mileage. Also, synthetic oil is supposed to protect parts better than conventional oil. Second, they blamed the oil light for not coming on in time, but sometimes lights don’t function accurately at all times. However, it was not 101 miles driven or the oil light on the dashboard as these are only EXCUSES to avoid the REAL ISSUE that the EVIDENCE proves caused my car’s problem. The real cause of the PROBLEM was that the engine had a LACK OF OIL IN IT. This Grease Pro will not address. So, let’s address how does a car have a lack of oil after an oil change? Did it leak out? Well, Grease Pro’s own technician reported that there were no leaks and everything was tight, but since they can’t work on hybrids the car was taken to the local dealership. The technician at the dealership reported that all was tight on the engine and no oil leaks are evident and that the damage to the vehicle was caused due to lack of oil (I have this conclusion in writing). So, two technicians (Grease Pro’s own tech and an independent dealership tech) report no oil leaks. So, let’s focus on the REAL issue that Grease Pro REFUSES to acknowledge – WHAT HAPPENED TO THE OIL? Since the evidence shows a lack of oil caused the damage, where did the oil go in three days from the oil change? If it didn’t leak out, as the evidence shows that didn’t happen, and there clearly should have been evidence of an oil leak in that short amount of time if there was a leak, then where did the oil go? Two answers arise: 1) either it was some type of “magical oil” that Grease Pro used just “DISSAPEARED” or 2) Grease Pro DID NOT put the appropriate amount of oil in the car at the oil change. THERE YOU GO! THAT’S WHAT THE EVIDENCE SHOWS! Grease Pro should stop avoiding the issue and address the real question - what happened to the oil?! Stop blaming everything else, and own up to your own negligence. But here’s the reason they don’t want to deal with the real issue - their negligence resulted in ruining the hybrid batteries and gas engine making the car, that had been worth, by Blue Book standard, approximately $9,000 at time of oil change, but now it is worthless to drive. The dealership estimated that it will cost a whopping $11,000 to fix the damage caused by Grease Pro. Basically, a total loss. When I looked for lawyers to help me, they either want a lot of money per hour, or only take “personal injury cases” (where the big money is), or the one law firm I did find in our area that handles cases like this, and only recover their fees if they win the case, said they could not take my case due to a “conflict of interest”. How convenient for Grease Pro?! So as a result of their negligence, and unwillingness to admit their responsibility in the matter, I give them zero stars. Shame on you Grease Pro!!!

Stripped plug when having oil changed. Had to go back 3 times & finally one of the guys was able to get the stripped plug undone. After 3 visits, over 3 hours each time & still had to pay $147 for an oil change. No very good customer service! When questioning the price tech told us we pay or he would call the police on us. Was only questioning and explained customer service which went over their head. Was their fault since they stripped the oil plug.

Service as far as vehicle seemed good; however when I drove in no one said a word. How are you, how can I help you etc... I asked everyone ok. Employee just said getting your paper work together. I'll still go there but they need to work on customer service skills. Seemed un friendlyService: Oil change

I took my car to be cleaned inside and out, and when I went to pick up my car I opened all the doors and it was poorly washed, I showed the girl and she called the supposed manager and I showed him how bad the work was. It really seems disrespectful to me,

I asked them to look at a small radiator issue. Looking closer, we discovered it was a huge issue. So, before it became a major issue, they were able to replace the radiator in just a couple hours.
