Sadly, we had to put our beloved dog down last week. Dr. Bo, who has been her vet for years, was so patient with us, giving us the time we needed. When we left, he told us not to worry about paying that day. I called today to make payment and Dr. Bo and the Vet Tech, Mayson, waived their fee. We were only charged for the supplies necessary. He has always been a great vet, but this was beyond unexpected. Thank you Dr. Bo and all the staff for your kindness and care. If you need a vet and team that shows genuine concern for you and your pets, I cannot recommend them enough! Sincerest Thanks!

I highly recommend this vet!! We recently moved and they were able to see my golden within 2 days. I had just scheduled my husky an appointment and she had a seizure later that night. The staff stayed open late and was able to stabilize and save my dog! A staff member had reached out the next day to check on her. Touched my heart! Truly amazing place and people. Will be taking all my animals here. Thank you to the all the staff and Dr Robert Bergloff for saving my husky!

This location is not wheelchair accessible at all, all doors are up a step with not even a portable ramp available. They also have no accessible parking. They are in direct violation of the ADA (Americans With Disabilities Act)We had to cancel the appointment for my clients service dog puppy she just got because she has cerebral palsy and is wheelchair bound because when we showed up they 1) had no accessible parking for her car with a ramp therefore she could not even exit her vehicle, and2) had no ramps or accessible entrances to get inside whatsoeverWhen I went inside to ask if they had a ramp or accessible entrance they told me no “because the building was older” even tho the ADA specifically says accommodation and alterations must be made to any building. The lady said multiple time “most people can make it work” but I proceeded to explain that she is in an extremely heavy (about 300 lbs) electric wheelchair and has no ability to walk whatsoever due to her disability there was no way possible she would be able to enter the building and we would just have to leave because there wasn’t any accessibility accommodations available so that she could come inside to bring her puppy to his appointmentAs a part time wheelchair user myself I understand first hand what the lack of accessible is like and how frustrating and just down right discriminatory and upsetting it can be.She was incredibly upset because she has been without a service dog for almost year since her prior service dog had to retire early a year ago and now she finally just got her puppy to start training as her next service dog and she could not even go inside the veterinary office to take her puppy to his appointment because of their inexcusable lack of effort to make their facility accessible! When we got back to her house she was in hysterical tears because she was so frustrated over the event and rightfully so! The world was created for able bodied people, no one thinks about if others couldn’t even get inside a building because there are no ramps or no parking spots or no doorways big enough to fit through. This is an extremely common occurrence to those of us with disabilities and it’s Absolutely ridiculous, there’s no reason we should even have to call and ask if we can come inside a building, we should just be able to show up and know we can exist the same way other do because all we want is to live a normal life.Needless to say I’m extremely disappointed in the lack of disability inclusion and accessibility but this establishment. And enraged at their fact that they are not abiding by government law to have their building accessible to people with mobility aids. We will be filing several complaints and cases against them for this through the ADA, and we hope this was a eye opener to them and that they will make the proper alterations to their building to make sure everyone can have a accommodating experience in the future.

We took our dog here after she suffered a seizure the night before. We got an appointment the same day and our baby received great care from Dr Bo and Bek. Will definitely be returning for regular care and visits after being diagnosed with epilepsy. Super happy with the staff and would definitely recommend!! You guys are awesome and we appreciate all you do for our fur baby!

Dr. Bo and his caring staff are always compassionate. I know because I had to have a very special fur baby euthanized this late afternoon. I will miss my sweet Tinkerbelle until I see her again. Thank you and your staff again from the bottom of my broken heart. ?

They can't answer the phone in a timely manner. Charge $460 to spay a cat. Highway Robbery. They should not be in business and I sincerely hope their customers realize all other vets cost less than 1/2 of what they charge. Not to mention the staff have no bedside manner. RUN!!

I found a kitten in a cemetery in town and knew the baby was underweight and needed to get into a vet right away. The first clinic I called was not taking new patients, so I called North Bay Animal Hospital. I feel that it was fate intervening. The staff at the facility have been amazing both times I've been in. I haven't waited longer than 10 minutes in the waiting room, and the testing is done in no time. Each and every person my pet has encountered has been so kind and caring toward it and gives treats and cuddles. Prices are reasonable, and they don't force their in-house products in your face. I absolutely loved Dr. Franklin and our kitten Bovine seems to agree!

I have a Mastiff/Lab mix, he's been having eye issues and my last vet wasn't able to clear it up in 2 months, I was referred by my neighbor and in 2 visits his eyes cleared up. I would recommend them to everyone. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. A+ all the way around.

Our intake visit with Dr. Bo was great for our Buddy and Holly. The staff was very friendly and could tell they love animals! We've been looking for answers on managing Holly's Cushing's disease after seeing little result from another vet and Dr. Bo helped us feel good about our decisions. We are excited to continue our fur kids care here!

Got a bad experience here. Arrived on time on my appointment but because my fur baby has cough (they are assuming it’s a kennel cough and very contagious just like what they told me) me and my baby stayed in the car and called over the phone to check in. The lady on the line put me on hold for 7 mins so I decided to call them back again and finally I got to talk to her to tell her I’m checking in but then she told me I am late for my appointment. My appointment was 10:40 am and it was 10:50am when I got hold of the receptionist again. I know they are busy but they put me on hold for 7 mins and then told me I was late. Anyway, they told me to wait on the car but it took them more than an hour to call me. I deicided to leave and never go back there again. I was so dis appointed with the receptionist whom I talked to.
